I've been waiting for something that lets merchants share blacklists of scammers across stores so that I can block known scammers. This app finally does what I need and it has been working great
I couldn't keep track of all the different customers and the disputes they opened on my store. This app showed me that most of them came from a small handful of customers. The best part is that it works on autopilot in the background. I've permanently blocked a few people and my disputes went way down.
I was dealing with a constant stream of chargebacks that sucked time and energy out of my business. It was to the point that I almost took my business off of Shopify. Luckily, I came across a post by one of Blox co-founders in a Facebook Shopify group I’m on. This app has totally revived me. I blocked my worst chargeback offenders and Blox has been connecting the dots to any new information they try to use. On top of my bad customers, I’ve seen Blox keep bad customers from other stores off of my site. Their community blacklist is growing and it’s been a great preventive layer.
