This is my third time visiting HeyBaby in Northampton and every time I have been impressed! All staff have been welcoming and put us immediately at ease which was so appreciated given how nervous we were! On my third scan, I had a wellbeing and gender scan and the sonography was so kind and patient despite my baby not playing ball! She persisted and we found out the gender with the colour changing lights they can provide! They do a loyalty card so if you are like us and need some extra reassurance, you get money off each time! I really would recommend this place!

Had a lovely experience at the Northampton branch on Sunday. Kayleigh the receptionist was sooooo welcoming she instantly put my nerves at ease and then the scan lady was very cheerful and upbeat, and talked us through everything whilst she was scanning - both made the experience one we will never forget!

We did the gender reveal lightening and I could not recommend Hey baby enough.

Thank you to both members of staff on Sunday for easing my nerves and making such an unforgettable experience 🥰!

Just had our second scan for our first baby at Hey Baby in Northampton, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience! The service was absolutely amazing from start to finish. The ladie at the front desk..omg she was incredibly helpful and welcoming, even going above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. They both ladies helped create a truly memorable experience for us, and we're so grateful for their kindness and support. Thank you for making our first baby's scan so special!❤️

Really great experience and really includes my daughter in the experience aswell. Would recommend.

Every time I have been to Heybaby, I have enjoyed my time there; from receptionist to radiographer, everyone is highly professional. They have always catered to my requirements for scans; on every visit, I come home with some or the other goodie bags, beautiful 2-3 baby photos and a detailed report. They have given me reassurance throughout my pregnancy scan. For anyone looking to go for a private scan, this place is highly recommended.

Couldn’t recommend enough!! Been to Hey Baby for two scans now, our second scan was at the 15 week mark, we were 15 minutes late due to traffic, called to let them know and weren’t made to feel bad for it. We still had our full appointment time and they explained everything so that we could see our baby and understand each area. All the staff working there are absolutely lovely. We’ll be back in a few weeks for a 4D scan!

Had most of my scans on a sunday and the receptionist was always amazing! so friendly, kind and professional! always made the experience amazing! We had the same sonograher 3 times and he was always amazing too, always made time for us and made sure we got lots of lovely photos!

We have had several private scans at hey baby and every experience has been brilliant. The clinic is lovely, staff really friendly and the scans have been great, with the most recent one being a 4d scan. They talk through everything and ask if there are any questions. I felt comfortable and at ease the whole time and I thought it was lovely how they seemed to be as excited about seeing our baby as we did!
I would highly recommend.

My 2nd visit at this clinic. My first time was that good I said before I left I would be back, and when the time came for a 4d scan I booked in again. The staff are so friendly and welcoming. Got some adorable photos of my baby aswel!

I felt like the experience wasn’t at all special. The woman who was doing the scan rushed when talking so was hard to understand her. Only let us see the screen for 1 minute. And then turned it off to find the gender. Really ruined the whole experience and made me feel quite upset leaving. As at the hospital completely free and had the best experience ever but this was far from that. Very disappointed ☹️

Went for an early reassurance scan last week @ 8 weeks.
Got checked in and as soon as the probe went on my belly a clear image of my uterus and a little bean appeared. It was such a relief. You can’t explain the feeling when there is a confirmed heart beat.
We got images and a nice pack included. Receptionist was absolutely lovely. Unfortunately, only thing that tarnished the experience was the sonographer was very quick, I felt rushed and all in all the scan lasted not even 3 minutes. I know they need to concentrate but I didn’t feel that I could ask any questions. If you had a little more time and the option to see on the screen longer then I would give it 5 stars. Appt was around 10 mins in total.

Heybaby Northampton had been amazing at the beginning of my third pregnancy especially with my last one ending in a miscarriage so wanted that reassurance baby was growing. Went too early so they booked me in a month later and saw baby and was reassured. Was able to bring my oldest child so they could see baby growing to help them come to terms with being a big sibling.

I think the place was nice, private, relaxed and friendly. I’m happy with the reassurance however I’ve had 2 early scans in previous pregnancy’s both at a different clinic and they were so much clearer. 1 was at the same gestation and 1 a week earlier but the pictures I have are a lot clearer. I don’t know if the machine isn’t as powerful or the baby was laid awkward etc but it just wasn’t very clear to see.

Very thorough in scan, and very flexible as we were running late for the appointment.

Had a few scans here and the staff are very polite and help you to feel so comfortable they are very professional and are so welcoming would definitely recommend and I will always come here for my private scans :)

Amazing! Honestly the best private scan clinic I have been to! The staff were so friendly and the sonography really explained everything in great detail! Can’t wait to go back for more scans later in my pregnancy!
