Unacceptable. What world do you think this order even works!? Not alphabetical.. Not anything really. Just pure random.. Shit. Absolutely gobsmacked that it took you this long to even decide on the colour blue. I cannot fathom what your wife and kids must think of you at the dinner table. If they were smart, they would have left. Arc Raiders is a better game now that you have retired. Sincerely, None of your business.

Hey Charles ist mit einer tollen Idee…
Hey Charles ist mit einer tollen Idee gestartet: die Anonymität des online Einkaufens zu überwinden und in den Kommunikationsalltag zu integrieren - auf Basis von Whatsapp.
Leider ist von diesem Schwung scheinbar nicht mehr viel geblieben. Auf Anfragen zum Produkt wird mit stundenlanger Verspätung reagiert, so dass man dich fragen muss, ob der Shop überhaupt noch aktiv ist.
Zwischendurch kommen dann wieder extrem schnelle Antworten vom Chatbot, die aber leider nicht hilfreich sind („We are really looking forward to work with you“, „We‘re currently OOO“).
Dazu kam die Sendung nicht wie angekündigt nach 1-3 Tagen, sondern nach über einer Woche und nach Rückfrage an. Bei Hey Charles muss sich einiges ändern, ansonsten sollte man das Projekt wohl leider als gescheitert betrachten. Schade um eine gute Idee.

Bestellvorgang schlecht, Produkte gut
Positiv: super Qualität, schneller Versand, tolle Produkte
Negativ: die Bestellung per WhatsApp lief vor dem Outsourcing super, jetzt ist die Kommunikation sehr schlecht - unpassende (zum Teil gar keine) Antworten und Reaktionen, eher Werbung für eigene Produkte als Bestellplattform…

Gutes Produkt aber deutlich teurer als H&M oder uniqlo. auch die Bestellung via WhatsApp war nicht so smooth wie gedacht und der Gesamtpreis bzw. die Rechnung erst einmal falsch (wurde auf meinen Hinweis hin korrigiert).
