Scammed

The order I put in was for 3 business gym cool t-shirts ... What i got was something cheap where I can get from a market stall 4x cheaper !! Waited for 2 - 3 weeks not impressed what so ever with the results going to avoid this place and associated sites ..

Don’t buy from this company, they’re opportunists

I was looking at the website and placed an item in my basket whilst I thought about it. Through some sort of glitch the company made two orders for the same product. Before I could do anything the money was taken from my account. I contacted them within minutes to cancel the order, but they waited 4 days to respond, by which time they said that the items had been dispatched. They claimed that they had only just received my email after 4 days.
I requested a refund but they have ignored me.
I have just tried the polish and it is absolutely useless, making no difference at all to my wooden floors.
This company is just an opportunist who cheats people browsing their website.

Finally got it on my desk.

Already plugged it in and it’s working as expected, the tuning knob has a bit of resistance but honestly feels more solid than the old portable radios I got last year. Still, the weight is lighter than it looks, which actually isn’t bad for moving around. Set up in minutes.

Absolutely shocking customer experience…

Absolutely shocking customer experience with this so called company placed an order nearly 2 weeks ago which has not even been processed and delivered to me. Received some rubbish email about stock levels a few days after ordering so left it at that until I emailed their customer service dept 3 days ago and still no response my opinion stay well clear and I believe they operate as various smaller companies but all under one main company

Do not trust this company

Do not trust this company. I got a different product than advertised and when I contacted them they said I would have to pay for shipping yo return it. I was alright with that but then they insisted that it would not be worth it on my end and that I should just gift the product and they will give me 20% off. This is such a ridiculous offer honestly. My money has gone to waste, why would I want to spend even more money with you??? Honestly, this all seems absurd. Upon further inspection, I read on their website that they do intact pay for shipping if its their fault, surely them sending the wrong product must be considered their fault. So I sent an email explaining this and I am yet to receive a response. This is so unpressional, even the emails they send. I feel like I have been scammed. Extremely disappointed and dissatisfied. Do not buy from this company.

I purchased a pair of boots from a company called Sprakis.com through Shopify they gave me a order number #3506 October 17 £54.85 I haven’t herd anything from them since and I fill that I have been scammed

No return process and very poor sizing

I ordered a piece size L from Hestiy. The order took 3 weeks to be delivered which I was so worried about. The order came size so small, the inner too tight, the trousers that pictured ling came three quarter length, the quality was no water as showed on their website. I requested return address as stated on their return policy but never reply back with return address all I got was email about delivery despite my repeated email informing Hestiy that order delivered all I need was return address and refund. This was ignored. It's a very poor return process, and their sizing is so wrong please beware

Avoid this company!

Avoid this company!! The product arrived so hard that I had to cut it with a knife in order to have it mixed. The area of coverage described was wrong, in fact half of the amount I ordered only covered one square metre.
This product was not cheap to buy ( £89 ) but the end result was really disappointing.
