I have always appreciated the beauty of a Louis V bag but wasn't willing to spend thousands on one. I came across the ad for these bags on Facebook and decided to give them a try. I am SO happy I did!
First off, their communication in customer service is wonderful. They responded to my questions very promptly and kept me informed in regards to shipping and when I could expect to receive my bag. It was delivered exactly as promised.
I received my LV Artsy today and I cannot not believe how gorgeous it is! The rolled handle is nicely designed and it is comfortable on my shoulder, on my arm and also to carry in my hand. The exterior leather is soft and smooth, the binding and stitching are good and for being a soft sided bag, there is a decent structure to it so it holds its shape. I would recommend stuffing it with tissue when not in use to avoid creasing and marks. There are four sturdy feet. It is nicely lined inside, has wonderful hardware and just has an overall nice esthetic. I am so happy with this Artsy bag that I just ordered a Speedy 30.

I have been ordering my purses for a few months now from( elogous) at hermory.com All the purses I have thus far ordered have been of great quality! Mostly I appreciate the customer service and how consistent they are in reaching out to their customers. Also the timely manner in which I received my purses is what I am pleased with. Order from them you won’t feel disappointed. They are definitely 💯. Can’t wait to order again.
