The urn is just what I expected
The urn is just what I expected. It arrived within a few days. My two fur babies are now together.

Excellent service from Heritage Urns
Excellent service from Heritage Urns. The urn itself is beautiful and of very good quality, and when I contacted them regarding a small issue with the lid, they responded promptly and sent replacement lids without any fuss. Very helpful, professional and understanding throughout. I would happily recommend Heritage Urns.

I’m mixed on this
I’m mixed on this. The urn was good value, but they’re an emotional purchase and it was needed more quickly than normal.
The downside:
Express delivery - the cost is ludicrous and if it hadn’t been absolutely necessary for us, then no way would I have entertained it. I can’t see any justification for that amount of money.

Dear Dave,
Thank you for your message and for your kind comments about the quality and value of our urns. We truly appreciate your feedback.
Regarding the priority service charge, we completely understand your concern. However, as the urn was required urgently, we arranged for expedited processing and dispatch to ensure it could be shipped as quickly as possible. This involves dedicated resources, prioritised scheduling, and personal attention to meet the accelerated timeframe, which is why the additional charge applies.
For reference, all of our urns are normally delivered within 72 hours as part of our standard service for free of charge. The priority option is available specifically for customers who require their order sooner than our usual turnaround time.
We appreciate your understanding and are grateful for the opportunity to assist you during this important time.
Kind regards,
Heritage Urns
