Made over a £100 order, only kept one item priced at £16. Emailed heretic nine and was told how to return the items but never received a refund.

Scammers. I ordered £50 worth of stuff through debenhams, rubbish quality when it turned up so wanted to return all the items. Debenhams said I had to deal with the brand to return them so I sent an email to Heretic Nine and got completely ignored. Emailed again and nothing from either Heretic Nine or Debenhams.

I ordered a jumper of theirs through Boohoo and just like everyone else, they do not respond to you via their customer service email. If you check their Instagram account too, they haven’t posted in forever which I should have taken as a sign. Boohoo has also been shady and keep telling me to give them 2 working days to chase Heretic Nine. I give Boohoo two working days and another customer service worker tells me the same thing to allow another 2 working days.

It’s been 3 weeks now and they keep saying the same thing over and over. Boohoo have shown poor customer service and so have Heretic Nine.

Avoid at all cost. Clothes fit funny honestly and the sizing are off.

I placed a £90 order and ended up returning every item as the quality and sizing is poor. I requested a refund, and received a response with the return address. After the parcel was delivered, they stopped replying and never processed the refund. Luckily I placed the order with Klarna and was able to raise this with them and am currently disputing the payment, providing the return details and email exchange. Do not order from here.

I returned some jeans from heretic nine, I brought via Debenhams, in early may it's now June and still no refund, not answering any emails, Debenhams don't care either, I will never order from either again, I'm escalating it to the consumer trading standards, your customer service is a joke do not use either of these companies

I would give none stars if I could, the worst company and the worst experience I have ever had, I have purchased through Bohoo which is brilliant, if I knew I will have to deal with scammers I would never picked items from hereticnine. I have emailed them regarding return twice, no reply, it's been weeks now.
Please do not buy from them.

The customer service is horrible. The clothes fits very weirdly, so I sent them back. By itself, it was difficult to get someone to answer me. Since posting the items back I haven't heard back from anyone in more than a month. Avoid at all costs or buy through ASOS.

I bought 2 pairs of jeans, I actually absolutely loved them but they just didn't fit me, so after some back and forth I managed to get returns labels and returned both jeans over 2 months ago. Can I now get a refund?? They don't even reply! If I had known I'd have kept the jeans and sold them on Ebay.
Absolute scammers. Avoid, avoid, avoid, avoid!

Debenhams why are you trading with these scammers, they sell clothing not designed to fit the human body and then totally ignore all requests for return and refund. Appalling, dont buy anything from them.

Customer service do not let you make returns and will ignore you and stop replying to emails. They are running an illegal scam, absolutely DO NOT buy

I will not purchase directly from this store again. I have been trying to process a refund for weeks and haven’t been successful. I have emailed the support email address provided who has not responded for weeks.

All I would like is a simple return form and I have tried to contact this company on social media to no avail. I am very upset with the terrible level of customer service it’s awful. Do not expect to get help from this company. You’re better off buying the item from an outlet store so you can return the items if need be.

Been trying to make a return and not having any luck with a response via email. I took to social media, have commented on their posts, replied to their stories and direct messaged them but not having any luck. Someone on social media said they would get in contact with customer services but it seems it’s just fake. Do not buy from this brand if you are unsure - it’s a scam as it’s clear other people are having this issue.

Unable to make a return. The websites states to email them in order to start a return but no response received in 7+ days following multiple emails requesting to return an item. Avoid!

I know these people are a small business but this is genuinely the worst customer experience I’ve had in a while. They say they accept returns, but they don’t actually. It took them ages to get back to me when I requested one. The link to generate the return was faulty, so I had to wait for them to get back to me again. Then they sent me my label, I attached to the parcel, and sent off. This was 3 weeks ago and not received any confirmation if they’ve received it or if I’ll get a refund. Have tried contacting them via email and social media but no answer. Will not be buying from them again.

The clothes did arrive which was good. But the quality was awful, really really cheap fabric.
When trying to return the items I never heard back from the one email address they mention on the website. Doesn't seem to be any returns process in place..
Eventually I got my money back from klarna after a few months back and forth. I never heard from heretic nine clothing in the end. Thank goodness I paid via klarna and not just on my card.
They're clearly pumping money into the branding and not into the logistics or quality

Love the product. Feels different from the other basic brands out there - so many social fashion brands just do basics or basic versions of trending styles and are so boring. These guys have a bit more individuality and feels more creative/playful... I bought the hedonism co ord and no regrets co ord - effortless statement pieces and I have had so many people comment on them!

I ordered from Heretic Nine and LOVED all my products! Quality was great and customer service was fast and amazing!

Their collections are great for festival looks throughout the summer! Can't wait to see what they have in store for AW23

I recently had the unfortunate experience with Heretic Nine, a brand that left me utterly disappointed and frustrated. From start to finish, my encounter with this brand was nothing short of a disaster. Let me outline the multiple reasons why I strongly discourage anyone from investing their money and hopes in Heretic Nine.

First and foremost, the quality of the clothing I received was abysmal. The materials used were undoubtedly cheap and poorly made. It felt like I was wearing a flimsy piece of fabric that would unravel at any moment. The stitching was uneven and loose, giving an impression of careless craftsmanship. Heretic Nine clearly prioritises cutting corners to maximise profits, rather than delivering products of reasonable quality.

Another infuriating aspect of my experience was the extensive delay in delivery. What was initially promised as a reasonable timeframe turned into a never-ending wait. The lack of communication and transparency from Heretic Nine regarding the delays only added to the frustration. I reached out to their customer service multiple times, but their responses were vague and unhelpful, leaving me in the dark about the status of my order. Such disregard for their customers' time and expectations is simply unacceptable.

Furthermore, the customer service I received from Heretic Nine was appalling. Their representatives were unresponsive, dismissive, and seemed uninterested in resolving my issues. They lacked basic empathy and failed to provide any reasonable solutions or compensation for the inconvenience caused by their mistakes. It is evident that Heretic Nine places no importance on building a strong and loyal customer base.

To say that my experience with Heretic Nine was disappointing would be an understatement. The combination of poor quality, delayed delivery, and unhelpful customer service has left me with a bitter taste in my mouth. I strongly advise potential customers to steer clear of Heretic Nine unless they are seeking frustration, disappointment, and regret.
