Bought a Dynavap off these clowns over two months ago and still no sign of it. They don't respond to emails. The only communication you can get from them is a chatbot that they turn off at weekends to make it look more human! Just your basic thieves really. Try the better rated online vape shops for your vaping needs.

Ordered a Vape from Herbvape. At first everything fine, ordered without issue and quick delivery. I had ordered the vape as a gift which unfortunately was not required. So I followed the returns procedure to request to return my purchase. No response. I sent several emails and tried 2 phone numbers I found for the company. One just rings out. The other doesn't seem to exist. After over a week of emails and trying there online help I received an email apologizing for the delay saying there email has been down for two weeks but they was all fixed now and that the delay won't effect my 30 day return policy. They then asked me for info to return item which I had sent several times already. I promptly replied to the email with the info they required and that was 10 days ago. I have heard nothing since and have sent several more emails since than and daily tried the two phone numbers to no avail. Disgusting customer service

We bought a grinder with a lifetime guarantee a product designed by HOJ from Denmark. It became faulty within 7 months and lost its magnetisation. The company promised to replace it but after repeated emails to both companies we are being ignored . We get the usual standard email that looks as if they care about customer relationship but they don’t . £145 is a lot of money for a pensioner to lose for a useless product. Both Anthony from herbvape and Simon from HOJ both company founders sound genuine but the results are definitely not.

Had a problem with my order, the company sent me a very apologetic email which was much appreciated and refunded the order in full.

I received the order, everything was fine, I recommend it.I have to admit that I had my doubts but it turned out that they are a reliable company.

Order was for next day but a day later not even tracking details. However they rectified the issue by giving a full refund.

A very kind company that although there was a technical issue, they were quick to respond and rectify the issue leaving me very satisfied with the service. The item sold to me, the Norddampf Hammah is a wonderful device providing a very charming flavour profile with the product heated up. Id recommend this to anyone as a starter cost efficient vape. Small battery on the device for around 5-6 sessions with 1.5 hours battery charge. Cannot fault it for the price and hit it delivers. Easy to clean as well!

I highly recommend this company, Jess’s communication has been excellent throughout. Delays on getting the product through customs but Jess responded promptly to all my messages and went above and beyond to sort out all problems. I will certainly be using again, thanks very much!

Attempted to buy a Mighty+ from here, as they had the cheapest price and it came with a free case. I then got told by ‘Jess’ that there had been an issue with customs, so my device would arrive a day late… not a problem, appreciated the communication and she offered some free gifts for the trouble. Amazing! I thought… the next day, Jess let me know that it would be a further delay. I then read some Trustpilot reviews of people with a similar experience, however, after further digging on the company I couldn’t actually find them on Companies House. Panic set in, as I checked the invoice and it was going to a completely different company. I asked for a refund, but Jess told me she couldn’t without managers authorisation (from my research, only 1 person worked at the company that the invoice went to, so not sure who she needed authorisation from). I started an investigation with my bank and let them know. Shock, the ‘authorisation’ came through and then I eventually got my refund through, no free gifts arrived, as promised by ‘Jess’. Hopefully I’m wrong and they’re fully legit, as they have great prices, however I won’t be using them again.

Was kept informed throughout the buying process,great service and price.
Would highly recommend this new business,give it a go.

You know the first time you tried Genuine fat boys Coke after a childhood of being palmed off with Rola Cola, well I've had the same sort of feeling having dealt with these guys. If in 10 years these aren't the people you mention when someone asks you for a recommendation for Vapes and such, I think we'll know that life is pointless. I genuinely can't recommend them highly enough.

Couldn't get the model I wanted as its hard to find anywhere at the minute. Was offered another model by the same manufacturer for the same price and I'm very happy with the device. Great communication from the store and delivery was very quick once the change was confirmed!
