Nothing but praise for Herb-ology, a very clear and easy-to-use website; I am noticing the benefits of the supplements I ordered already! I saw mention of average delivery times but this seems to have been resolved as I received my order swiftly through Royal Mail 24 tracked :)

Don't trust this company Herb-ology UK I ordered from them and they send me a email to say my order was delivered and it was not bad costomer service as they are not to be trusted sadly I only went to read reviews now after my experience. See similar reviews.

I have placed an order on the 6th August and after a couple of days received an update with a tracking number and delivery location map. The map showed wrong location so I quickly emailed Herb-ology, so it can be corrected. Unfortunately no response nor location update on their website. 3 weeks gone, still no order, no answers to my 3 emails, Royal Mail tracking states that parcel hasn't reached them yet...

This product gave me the most horrendous acid reflux I've ever had. On researching magnesium glycinate, I discovered that it often contains high levels of magnesium oxide - which isn't disclosed on the label. It's awful stuff that reduces stomach acid, which is not at all good as stomach acid is so important for digesting food properly and absorbing the nutrients from it. Lack of stomach acid actually causes acid reflux. Magnesium oxide is also laxative, and very poorly absorbed, only about 4% is absorbed, so the only thing it's good for is as a laxative. Unfortunately I bought the 240 size and it's too late to return them, what a waste of money. I didn't twig that they're the cause of my reflux until last week - I think the more of them I've taken the worse it's got. After stopping them, my acid reflux is vastly improved. I'm glad that I realised what was causing the problem, but not at all happy that a supplement could have such a bad effect, and that I've wasted money on a product that's not what you think it is.

So fed up with being mislead by supplement manufacturers, it's an absolute minefield and so many of the products aren't what they're cracked up to be - full of dubious fillers, and often containing less active ingredients than stated on the label.

Same here placed an order last week, still cannot track the parcel on Royal Mail. No response from customer service.
Getting a refund from PayPay , these companies make to much money they do not give 2 monkeys

Placed an order; received an order confirmation email with a Royal Mail 'tracking number' (not genuine according to Royal Mail); spent a couple of hours chasing it up with this company and Royal Mail and discovered that the package had been wrongly addressed. Arranged to have it re-delivered and it arrived today with no seal and had been opened. This company made some money out of me but avoid!

Nothing but good to say about Herbology. My first lot of Berberine ordered on ebay, very quick delivery, I went on to order another lot from their website, again prompt delivery. My 3rd batch from ebay..
Most important the product is excellent. Feels good quality.
A trusted brand now for me. I will continue to use.

I ordered and paid on 01/08, they sent an email saying that they had received the order, they sent the Royal Mail link on 01/09 to follow the order and until today I have not received it. The Royal Mail link says waiting for the parcel to be delivered and it's been a month. I sent emails asking for explanations and no response.. Fraud!

Absolute rubbish company been using them for 4 years now, have a problem with ordering from there website. I have emailed them 3 times now in the last couple of weeks and still no reply, they just ignore you. I am now having to buy there products from third parties as its impossible to deal direct with these people.
