Risposta di Herbie Wilde
What a lovely review - thank you. We’re so happy you’ve loved the idea, the food and the service.
Amazing Result
Well what can I say, Herbie Wilde has completely changed the outlook for my 17yr old dog.
He was having very serious constapation issues which resulted into walking around with a hunched back most of time. To releive the pain he required a series of enemas which would clear him for a few days & then everything would revert back once again.
Having been on a fully Raw diet, we tried different brands, different compositions etc, but nothing was working.
He was then diagnosed with suspected Mega Colon & the outlook was one we didn't want to face.
So with the last throw of the dice we transitioned him from meat to fully plant based over night.
What can I say, within the 1st day of trying it he did a massive poop with ease & hasn't looked back since. Going regularly without pain, without a hunch & able to go on walks without having to worry that we might only get to the end of the driveway in a squat position for 30mins..
the biggest compliment is when we bump into other dog walkers who haven't seen him for a while & they can't believe it..he's a different dog, how? What did u do? Not to say it reverses "suspected" Mega Colon but Herbie Wilde (plant based in general) has certainly made his life so much more enjoyable & comfortable, I'm glad we found you🙂

Dear Jon, Thank you so much for sharing this. We’re so incredibly touced and happy to hear your lovely boy is feeling more comfortable and enjoying life again, especially at 17 - what a superstar. We’re so pleased that making the switch has helped support easier, happier days (and much more comfortable poos). Thank you for trusting us with his bowl. 💛 You have made our day with this lovely lovely review.
No complaints after years of buying it.
I've been buying this for a few years now and I have no complaints at all. We have a super fussy Labrador that loves it, and the customer service has been fantastic!
The lab is epileptic and changing her food was a big thing - and we received good advice and help from the team at Herbie Wilde.

My dogs are thriving on this food
I have been feeding my dogs Herbie Wilde food for around four months now. I have seen a huge improvement in coat condition (less moulting and very shiny coats) and general wellbeing (a reoccurring ear problem appears to have settled down as had general itchiness and nibbling). They have previously been fed a raw balanced diet and other high quality kibble but their overall condition is far better on Herbie Wilde food. Huge bonus for me is that is is plant based.

Hey Rebecca, Thank you so much for your lovely review. We’re delighted to hear your dogs are thriving, and that you’ve noticed such positive changes in their coats and overall wellbeing. It means so much to hear Herbie Wilde has made such a difference. 💛
An excellent product with excellent customer service
This food has transformed my previously very poorly dog, who had been hospitalised with severe digestive problems. We tried other vet prescribed and plant based foods, but Herbie Wilde seems to be both the gentlest on her stomach and enjoyable for her to eat. She is now happy and healthy, and I am no longer worried about her - if your dog is struggling, give it a try.
On the rare occasion I have needed to contact Herbie Wilde, customer service has been speedy and helpful.

It is so amazing to hear the food has helped so much and to hear she is doing so well. Also huge bonus points to your vet for being brilliant and thinking outside the box! Sending you guys a lot of love and thanks ❤️

Hi Paula, Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re very sorry you felt let down. As we explained when we spoke, your private messages were sent to our Instagram message requests from an account we do not follow, so they unfortunately went into a filtered folder that we did not see straight away. Once your email came through, we replied within 30 minutes and did our very best to help promptly. We always care deeply about supporting our customers, so it was upsetting to read such a strong review when we had responded as quickly as we could.

FANTASTIC
Great dog food, great customer service and wonderful ethos..
My GSD Luca loves his meals and I love the fact it is a plant based superfood. Had tried another vegan brand but resulted in upset tummy..
His coat is already starting to shine, after a month and firm poops..
As he is a large breed I was a bit concerned that he would get all the nutruents he needs but the ingredients reassure he does.
I am very impressed. Thank you Herbie Wilde..

You and your dogs will love Herbie Wilde.
The food is a great product.
We have been on this for at least 6 weeks and all is Great with our dogs. Allergies under control, skin and weight of both great too. They love it too.
We have been feeding our dogs Vegan food for 8 years and they have all lived long and healthy lives. We recently welcomed an unwanted breeding bulldog into our family. A breed we knew nothing off. Anyway she has allergies affecting her feet ears and face. We had to lose Rice from the food. So tried different Vegan foods.
Herbie Wilde has been the most successful yet for the dogs health. Both are on it and both doing well.
Very simple subscription, comes no hassle. No bombardment of email offers.
We even received a little hand written post card welcoming us to the Herbie Wilde team. Very sweet.
I highly recommend this company, for the food and the people behind the brand.
