For the moment I have not felt any benefit in relief for the arthritis in my hands. Can anyone give me some idea of how long after starting to take these bears one could feel relief?

We recommend that you begin with a low dosage and slowly increase it over a period of weeks until you find what works for you. By then, you should start to feel a difference in the way that you feel! Bear in mind that everybody is individual and so it will vary from person to person on how long it takes to feel the benefits!
