AVOID AT ALL COSTS

1 star is even too much ordered a jacket sent wrong colour wanted me to pay to return even though not my mistake promised to send new one in the colour ordered said it would take 3-5 days this kept going to 3-5 days after the 5 days on numerous occasions opened a dispute with PayPal then constant emails asking me to close the dispute with PayPal and they would refund me NO as I would not have a leg to stand on if I closed the dispute all they have to do is refund and it automatically closes but they are trying to tell me otherwise avoid at all costs, wish I had read the reviews before I purchased from them

False advertising

I ordered a sun hat that looked like was straw. It when I arrived. after a very long time, it is made from some cheap nasty material and is not fit for purpose. These people are conning us in the advertisement.

This company is not trustworthy

This company is not trustworthy. I ordered 2pairs of trousers and never received them. It is Chinese imports but has a Worcester address that I have googled and they don’t seem to reside there. Do not order anything from them.

terrible Company

Long delivery time, goods faulty and customer servicve do nothing other than acknowledge your email by an irrvelant AI treply . No response to 8 emails asking for replacement or refund

My purchase never arrived

My purchase never arrived. Emailed few times customer service and every time I was told that my order was successfully delivered. It wasn’t. No offer for a refund or replacement. Very poor service. I’ll never use this site again.
