Poor Support Experience and Insufficient Compensation

I opened a support ticket less than 24 hours after purchasing a 7-day Fortnite key on 5/17/2026 due to issues with the included temporary spoofer causing blue screens, VPN kicks, and other problems. I spent weeks following troubleshooting steps and trying to get the issue resolved while my original key time continued to run out.

After nearly a month of waiting, repeated follow-ups, and being told to open a new ticket because my original ticket was "super old," support eventually agreed to exchange my Fortnite key for an Apex key due to the issues I was experiencing.

On 6/15/2026, I finally received the replacement. However, despite originally purchasing a 7-day Fortnite key, the replacement I received was only a 1-day Apex key.

I appreciate that they eventually provided compensation, but after nearly a month of waiting and losing the majority of the time I originally paid for, I don't feel a 1-day key was an equivalent replacement.

My biggest complaint isn't the ban risk—that comes with using cheats. My complaint is reporting an issue within 24 hours of purchase, spending nearly a month trying to resolve it, and ultimately receiving compensation that didn't match what I originally purchased.

As for the product itself, I wasn't particularly impressed with the overall experience. The included temporary spoofer caused ongoing issues throughout my use, and the product performance did not meet my expectations.
