We had great service from Callum. He was very friendly and knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble.

This is the second time we have bought a car from hensons. They are great from the start. Callum was an amazing salesman. He knew the cars and their capabilities. Once we told him what we wanted he gave us great advice and we came away with a lovely new car.

Callum S was a friendly, knowledgable person who adcised us well and went way beyond to help us sort everything out for our new car. We are very happy with the service provided by Callum and the rest of the team. Definately our favourite place for cars.

I am writing to share my recent experience regarding a vehicle currently listed for sale at Henson Motor Group on Ponteland Road, Newcastle.
The vehicle is a 2017 (67) Mercedes-Benz C Class, 2.1 C250 AMG Line (Premium Plus) Cabriolet (Registration: KW67 ***). It is currently listed for £17,499.
I purchased this same vehicle five months ago for £17,250. Within four days of collection, I identified and reported numerous faults. After three months of the dealership refusing to carry out repairs, I rejected the vehicle under my consumer rights.
Despite being charged a £450 depreciation fee for the 1,000 miles covered during my ownership, I noted that the car is now being advertised at a higher price than I originally paid, despite having more mileage and unresolved issues.
A diagnostic check I commissioned from Mercedes-Benz (at a cost of £186) confirmed the following:
- Roof repair costs estimated at £2,500. - A faulty battery. - An active SOS warning light requiring investigation.
I am sharing this information to ensure any potential buyer is fully aware of the vehicle's history and mechanical condition. The owner of Henson Motor Group informed me no repairs would be carried out upon my rejection and the vehicle would go straight back out for sale.
The vehicle I part exchanged was sold by Hensons with a £3000 increase to my trade in price.

We bought a car recently at Henson's with the help of Tom K. Tom was fantastic, very helpful and informative, but not pushy.

I recently purchased a BMW X2 from Henson Motor Group and wanted to share my experience.

What was quite a stressful situation for me initially was made much smoother thanks to Charlie. He was really patient, helpful, and kept me informed throughout the process, taking the time to answer my questions and make sure everything was sorted properly and helping me in every way before delivery.

I’d also like to mention Darren, the delivery driver, who was great when handing over the car and collecting my part exchange. He was friendly, professional, and made the handover really easy.

Overall a very positive experience and I’d happily recommend Henson Motor Group. Thanks again to Charlie and Darren for all their help.
