I have recently rented a property through the Storrington branch. The whole process went exceptionally smoothly and Alex and the rest of the staff could not have been more helpful. All my questions and queries were dealt with quickly and efficiently.

Brilliant! From start to finish, the team at Henry Adams made the sale of my mum’s house so easy. They arranged for the EPC, chased solicitors, gave me clear and regular updates and gave me contacts to get things sorted.

Excellent customer service - exactly how it should be.

Jane was really knowledgeable and friendly, and I felt comfortable dealing with her.
Her communication was good and she always kept me updated. She explains things well and was quick to find out and respond to any queries.

We relied on Jane for regular updates, calm practical responses and consistent replies keeping the information pathway between us and our seller open. FAKE GOLD ALERT

We bought a gold ring from Henry Adams Fine Art Auctioneers in a high-end jewelry sale for nearly £300.
When we sent the ring to a jeweler to be resized , we were told by the jeweler that when they machine tested it, it turned out to be fake gold!!
We sent it back to Henry Adams, explaining it was fake gold . Their TV celebrity emailed us to tell us,
''It was never sold as gold''
even though it was placed in a high-end jewelry sale...
we never got our money back.

We did not sell with Henry Adam’s but we wish we had we bought a house they were selling they kept us informed all the way and on the day of completion they kept in touch all morning giving a very nice touch of a lovely card and a beautiful candle it was a lovely touch

Always gave feedback from the viewings without our need to chase them up. Every step of the way (as sellers), we were informed of what was happening.
I also appreciate that we were selling in a difficult market and Henry Adams worked very hard to secure a sale on our behalf.

Henry Adams have looked after the letting of 8 flats for us for about 7 years and they have done an excellent job. Sophie and her team are very professional and helpful always going the extra mile to help the transition between tenants as smooth as possible.

My experience with this agency has been nothing short of terrible. Every person who showed me properties looked like they would rather be anywhere else. No interest, no motivation, and often giving incorrect information. The level of incompetence was obvious from the very first visit.

Buying a home is already stressful enough on its own, you really don’t need the added frustration of dealing with people who either don’t know how to do their job or simply don’t care. Unfortunately, that’s exactly what I got.

The buying process was just as bad. It’s crystal clear that they only care about the money. No support, no follow-up, no courtesy, not even a basic congratulations card after spending a huge amount of money on a home. For a company that practically has a monopoly in the city, the quality of service is shockingly poor.

If you have the option, choose another agency or deal directly with private sellers. This has been one of the worst customer experiences I’ve ever had. I would never use them again, and I genuinely advise others to avoid them.

They were great when moving in but when it came to moving out tried to make outrageous claims from the deposit and then quickly backed down when it went to dispute. Take lots of photos and evidence would be my advice!!!! Also left us 5 days with water coming through the ceiling!!

Move-in was well organised, and the property was handed over clean and in good condition. Since moving in, any small issues have been dealt with promptly, and I’ve appreciated how approachable and helpful the staff have been. Overall, Henry Adams made renting straightforward and stress-free, and I would happily recommend them.

We worked with Oliver and Gail from the Bognor branch, to purchase our apartment. They were both professional, friendly and fully engaged in progressing the sale.

We had set back when our buyers pulled out through illness but we got there in the end well done.

I used the Selsey branch and living in Cheshire everything I did was from there so with the wonderful help from Kevin and his team there it made what could have been a difficult process into a smooth property sale. As I was a trustee of the property and knew very little about it the staff helped so much with the looking after of the property until the eventual sale. I cannot recommend them enough. thank you

Henry Adams have managed our property for 5 years. They are excellent in sorting out maintenance problems immediately and sending regular full detailed inspection photos and reports of our property . Alex Bush has been excellent in advising us and finding a new tenant. He gets back to emails immediately and we have really appreciated his advice and guidance.
