Placed the order with hemming and wills…
Placed the order with hemming and wills just before Christmas. We weren’t sure if the product will arrive before Christmas but it was delivered in time and the product was exactly what we were expecting ! Although we didn’t receive any information for the exact delivery date, luckily someone was at home to receive it and the delivery team helped set it up in no time

Terrible, slow customer service
Items arrived in a timely manner and looked great (table and bench seat). Since then a very large and deep crack appeared on the bench and I raised this with customer services. The quality isn’t that great, the seat has hardly been used since it arrived so it’s not a usage issue whatsoever, more like the item itself is designed in such a way that causes the crack. Various back and fourth emails have since occurred and promised a few days ago to arrange a visit. Have had to chase yet again to just try and get the items fixed. I’m only asking to have a useable seat!

I agree with you, we haven't been as proactive as we could have been and i'm disappointed you've had to chase us to get updates. Being more proactive, responding quicker and managing expectations better would have resulted in a better experience. I've taken onboard your feedback. I will share it with the team to ensure we provide a better service in the future.
As per my email, I have spoken to the workshop, they will arrange for a courier to deliver the replacement timber for your bench next week. I hope today if nothing else we’ve been able to move closer to a resolution and we will do all we can to get a replacement to you ASAP.

I spent days researching tables and…
I spent days researching tables and benches. To the point where I was bombarded with bench sponsored links. I kept landing on this page because they had the choice of dimensions to choose from. I finally made my purchase and I hadn’t ordered the correct size of bench so they contacted me to check. Great customer service. They were also very accommodating with delivery. Then it arrived!! Two angels dressed as delivering drivers brought in my table and put it together. That literally saved my marriage. Anyway, if you’re actually still reading this review, the table looks phenomenal. I’m just delighted. Exactly what I was after. Thank you for a great experience.

Customer experience was great!
Customer experience was great - we changed our minds on the table size after ordering and it was all sorted out with no fuss. Delivery was on time and fast and efficient. Table is great!

Great product and service
Saw the reclaimed dining table with astral base and bench on the website. We liked the look of it but wondered if it would be the same in reality. Given we could return it if we weren't happy, we ordered. No need to send it back as we love it - both the quality and look. Delivery was really good too. Would definitely buy from Hemming & Wills again.

We have purchased the most beautiful…
We have purchased the most beautiful dining set and bar stools from Hemming and Wills. As many others, I was hesitant without seeing the furniture in person prior, but the service has been impeccable and the quality of the products are beautiful.

Excellent Customer Service
We placed an order for a reclaimed wood table and bench and are absolutely delighted with our furniture. The craftsmanship is of very high quality! Customer services were very supportive, friendly and efficient throughout the whole process, answering our queries prior to placing the order, during the order and with aftercare. They even emailed us to clarify the style and finish of the table and bench legs to ensure a more coherent set. We love to support a supplier that's local to the UK and this business well and truly delivered.

Easy process from start to finish. Staff are very friendly and nothing is too much trouble, they do exactly what they say they will do.
Table and bench are excellent quality and were delivered and assembled with care by the delivery team.
