Customer Service above and beyond
There was a problem with my order, nothing major or significant but I needed a bit of customer support.
The help I got was way beyond anything experienced with other online retailers.
Cannot be faulted in any way.
The harness I bought is just right for my dog and I have no hesitation in recommending Hem & Boo for the right product at the right price.

Very swift delivery
Very swift delivery, excellent quality bed. Only problem I ordered medium for my springer spaniel which is a bit snug as she likes to stretch out.

Brought a collar from hem and boo a…
Brought a collar from hem and boo a while ago from a pet shop, really like it and now getting a second dog i wanted to get the same sort just different colour, so i went to there website which was very easy to navigate.. found what I wanted and ordered.. the following day the collar was delivered.. brilliant service.
