The app is utter rubbish. I have 1 gb wifi and the streaming is contantly stuttering and pausing no othwr app does this. FIX IT DISNEY WITH YOUR BILLIONS OF DOLLARS OF PROFIT

Terrible service
Before when you paid for the services it never included adds, now not to have adds you have to pay extra. What a scam.
These big companies are always looking to squeeze more money out of you and provide less value at the same time.
They are not interested in provided a good quality service where they profit and the customer receives a good product in return.
It's about their profits and thats the bottom line

I have been trying to cancel my account for the last few months, the information given on how to do this is clearly set up to send you round in circles, following the advice on how to cancel the subscription when taking me to my account it will not allow to click on the subscription section which would lead to to the cancellation section I think it is appalling that a company as big as Disney is allowed to get away with this once you are committed to your monthly payments you cannot get out, I’m am currently seeking outside advice as they will not respond to my complaint

Very disappointed in service took over a half hour to get my Disney account back only to be charged $20 more a year for same service they put my account on hold for what they called no payment but nothing changed with my cc information my thoughts it was a way to increase prices and they only way to resubscribe was for them to cancel my account and gave me resubscribe was paying $139.99 they bumped it up to $159.99

Constantly buffering and freezing. Paying for this but can’t watch anything. Problem isn’t on my end. I’ve tried all the troubleshooting and nothing works and Disney couldn’t care less.

Customer service is awful. I always am having issues either it doesnt work or im billed different days. Now account says on hold. Cant update payment 9nly solution is to cancel and resubscribe the rep said which is stupid. I shouldnt have to . I should be able to pay so my daughter can watch. Im fed up

There is not enough guidance on how to finish with disney, with every e mail there should be prompts and links to make the process easier. Disney probably makes a lot of money out of people who think they have finished with Disney but in fact they are still paying.

App restarts over and over again. Customer service does nothing. I’ve updated the app, the tv, and still over and over it restarts.

Disney Plus app is becoming extremely annoying. The help support doesnt help at all. I cant navigate through the movies without the screen freezing multiple times. I have Netflix Shahid and others but none of them have problems.

Disney has become the most annoying absurd company. I pay money to watch your movies but half the time your site crashes, is slow, or doesn’t even let me log in. I’ve been trying to log in on my phone for an hour now because I can’t on my tv, and everytime I log in, it just puts a loading screen on, and doesn’t work. I could wait for days most likely and it wont load. They put their subtitles on the top of the screen so I can’t see the faces of what I’m watching, and whenever I try to go back on movies or rewind, it has to load for a few minutes just for me to go back a minute in a movie. You’re site is slow, doesn’t work half the time, and you have all the money in the world to actually put effort into your streaming service and make it usable or atleast fast, and you just can’t. Selfish, greedy, and lazy. The best part is Disney could see this review and thousands like it, and still not care to make it better. As long as they get their money.
Autoplay not working
Autoplay not working
They wasted my time by uninstalling and reinstalling app but did apologise. The app is also often losing connection to television that is connected via a google chromecast device (so the show keeps playing on television). Since Autoplay no longer works (earlier this month and may have coincided with Disney software upgrade on 5th March) it is cumbersome to reconnect and then stop the next episode in the series playing. Fortunately the "Continue" feature does not work and it begins at the start of the episode. Having the "continue" button not work however remains an issue when change televisions (go from lounge to bedroom)!
One would think a company the size of Disney could get in the right people to make and app work. I have had Netflix and Stan in the past and never had these types of issues!
Poor programing with Gangster (c) rap
For such a large company you have destroyed what Walt Disney created. Your TV show Will Trent was destroyed in this latest episode. Trying to get younger people to want to watch your stream experience and using gangster rap trying to connect to the younger generations. I started to watch this season 3 episode 9 and can not watch. If this is what you think entertainment is then Disney as a family entertainment has gone by the wayside. I don't have a subscription and because of this episode I never will. Of all the beautiful music in the world and you chose poor Gangster Crap to what, entice young people to watch your show. Instead now you forcing people like myself to stop watching your crap. BTW your stuff is streamed through sites like Fmovies.com. these sites saves me the pretty penny and you will never see it. Garbage is garbage as this episode was. I couldn't get past 30 seconds because of this type of music.

you pay for the premium to have the best quality and you then use it on your PC and get the worlds worst streaming quality that has the same level of quality as Tunnel B1s cinematic intro on PlayStation in the 90s
