This is an undercover operation to get info on you and banking. They gather info and then bust you. Facebook warned me and I didn't listen. Got a police visit 3 month later.

Only place I truly trust . Have tried a couple other ones before this one , this one has always treated me better by far no questions asked so I just don't try others! Always Quality top notch enjoyment ! 😁 !

Been over a month since my order. Got a tracking # within a week but only a label has been created with no movement since Dec 4th 2025. Tried many many times to get in contact and never get an answer 100% SCAM !!!! DO NOT ORDER

This is an update from my past reviews.

They did come through with my order ...4 weeks later.

Good product, pricing is good, service needs a tweak.

I wrote a poor review a few weeks ago but I am removing it. They did eventually fallow through it was just poor communication initially apprentky due to over flow from Canada post strike. Excellent service was just worrisome not having any info.

Gave em an address, said I haven't. To be fair, was Cosmiq, but it's the same people running it. Eat your losses and unfortunately you'll need to fcuk reality from here on out

I have ordered from this site many times and always had good experiences. Quality product, clean, large selection. I think they are moving and postal strike has delayed current order. Customer service has contacted me and is now in delivery process with ups. Can't beat the prices anywhere! Worth a bit of a wait.

Super discreet packaging. The people writing this is a scam probably didn’t follow the instructions properly to get their order fulfilled. They have detailed instructions. 10/10 will use again if the website comes back up ⌨️

I previously wrote a bad review about Hellyah, but now I'll take it back.

My order finally arrived after 10-11 days with no email update or tracking number.

To my great surprise, I did not get ripped off. They sent me some fine azz product, and I was lit all weekend

Hell yeah it's an absolute scam they stole my money and they won't give you any products probably beware

The only people leaving positive reviews are the scammers themselves. Do not fall for this scam. I took a chance knowing this was a possible scam and only lost $100.
YOU WILL LOSE YOUR MONEY IF YOU ORDER FROM HERE.

Well today was the day that I finally received my order. It took about 10 days including weekend. But it was in my mailbox this morning. Got a email from Canada post when they received packages from Hellyah at the post office in BC and received an other email saying that it would be delivered today before end of day and to check my emails when done. Sure enough I received an email saying that it was delivered today. So I’m going back to my phone and letting you guys know that it is not a SCAM but it should arrive soon enough. Just be patient and don’t worry about anything because it’s going to arrive. Trust me. Not the first time with Hellyah. So I guess I should just be happy with my purchase. So will you. 👍👍🤩🤩

Two weeks ago , I pass a orders , they accept my money and since , no email whit tracking , no response of support , I lost my money ………

Update , total scam don’t buy , I’m waiting since 23 July . Have receive nothing ….

Update 2 : I finally got a response and tracking …….. after one month wating . Don’t use the support email proposed , I’ve talking with the email they accepted the e transfer ……. Since . In 2 days Everything is set up. I hope I receive my orders now’s

Update 3 : I'm starting to think it's real, the tracking send works, the items start to be processed by mail finally 🤟🏻

Update 4: it is fu…. Reel !!!! I’ve receive my orders !!!!! I didn't believe it anymore sincerely!!!!!

My first order showed up no problem. Song and place a second order and nothing. They took my money and never responded to any of emails.
