Ordered a pair of shoes. They shipped from China and took a long time. They were way too large, but they also looked nothing like the picture. The website said free returns, so I asked for instructions on how to return them. After repeated emails about wanting to return them, I finally got a response offering to give me a10% refund and let me keep the shoes. I repeated that I didn’t want to keep them. But they would not let me send them back and get a full refund. I finally accepted the 10%.

These do not work. I ordered 8. Out of 8, only 3 worked out of the box. The 6th one broke within 2 days. I asked to return them and they said they were out of the 30 days. I am contacting my credit card, as they sold me a defective product.

Terrible customer support. Bought my first unit ($250). It was defective. I have had it for a week with little or no response from customer service. Unfortunately I had already purchased a second and despite the second unit also being sent incomplete they do not respond or answer my questions. Forced to return both units.

I pre-ordered, and paid, AXIS gear back in 2017, for delivery in the summer. Due to some manufacturing problems the delivery was postponed. In October 2018 I received a mail that stated that the unit would be shipping, and a tracking number would follow. It did not. I contacted the support after a month and was told it would take another 2-3 weeks. When I contacted support again in January I was told they had delayed the orders due to high customs and import fees

Update: The product arrived after around 2 and a half year. It works ok, though the app annoyingly keeps asking me to recommend it to friends.

Preordered an Axis in Jan 2017 (2 years ago) still have yet to receive the product. Have chased multiple times through social media and their website but haven't had a response. Received a tracking number in October but it was for someone else in Canada. Not great service at all.
