Had my very first call of the team today, I missed the call so returned it back, he was just blatantly rude and asked why was I calling him, I said well I'm returning a call, he said something and I didn't quite hear, I said pardon, hw said what part don't you understand . So I put the phone down, no one has time for this kind of ignorance, don't phone people with a bad attitude, talk about incompetent

Absolutely vile company employing rude, unprofessional bullies who harass you even when payment is being made. I am seeking advice on how to get this company investigated as they should not be allowed to conduct themselves in this manner and use intimidation and threats to pursue debts, which they do not provide any evidence of.

I’m still struggling coming to terms with everything so I decided to reach out for help to money buddies who have booked my 1st appointment I have sent proof of this appointment and emails asking for proof of my id , signature bank details that I signed up for this account they saying I owe ,
I need solid proof I owe this debt and they can not send me it ! I asked for a break down and dates when I took this ( pay weekly carpet out) they are very threatening I am going to make further complaints

I am not Marie Maloney of 48 Eversley walk ts3 7er and yet for weeks I have been getting texts and abusive phone calls that keep telling me to ring about this debt. You should remove my phone number from your records and you should not be sending personal details like this to people. You have the wrong phone number. This is her data and I hope she complains about data protection if she sees this.

This company are aggressive not professional and don’t seem to be knowing what they’re doing they just demand payment. Don’t do an income check correctly and just constantly send threatening emails when payment plan has been made no compassion seems to be just a quick set up business to take money off people that don’t have it

Absolutely awful service.
Cannot provide proof of the debt that they say is apparently owed, even though I have proof that no such debt exists, alongside the original company also confirming this.
Questioned the lady on the phone to be hung up on.
Please please ask for proof of the debt and contact the original company they are claiming to be acting on behalf of before paying them any money to these monkeys.
Absolutely disgusting and will be reporting the the financial ombudsman also.

Extremely rude , aggressive made threats over the phone about a debt that was an error , absolutely disgusting , very serious complaint is being made with an investigation needed into how this company deal with debts. Guy on the phone thought he was some sort of hard man hiding behind a desk completely uncalled for and if you have any contact from these people avoid them at all costs they have no power of collection and can only knock at the property they can not enter or remove goods. They also try to use false information over the phone stating they can leave information on your credit report which they also have no right to do they are a second rate lacky company doing odd bits for busier companies.

got contacted about a debt i forgot about long time ago, managed to setup a repayment plan affordable to me thanks to tom on phone made it quick and easy as possible

Took out a loan for £200, paid back £300, they claim I owe £860 while refusing to give a breakdown. I was 1 hour late on my payment and I received multiple threatening phone calls and emails, which continued over the course eof days.

Absoloute scumbags.

Report this company to the ICO, completely incompetent, unreasonable, and WILL mishandle your personal data.

Violated GDPR by informing a relative and recently sent me a text message for another person.

They don't reply to complaints so give it the standard 8 weeks and report them.

They bought a debt I had even though I am on a debt management plan. Keep threatening me about missing payments despite being on debt management plan. Original debt was for £600 they are claiming over £1000 and I have asked multiple times for a breakdown and they do not supply it.

Really horrible people to deal with all round.

Harass and threaten you via e-mail but they don’t respond back to you when you ask for proof of debt. Shady company!!! I wouldn’t pay them a penny.

Had the cheek to insult my intelligence & my dads regarding law when themselves are chasing the wrong person for debt that’s not there’s when it’s not the same name or account matches. Trying to chase a debt by a telephone number is laughable. dumb as a box of rocks these guys. Will guy seems to be only one 🫏 there
Will be reporting to the appropriate agencies & filing as many reports and complaints as I can.

This company has rude bullies working for them, I don’t even want to give them 1 star complaints will be going to financial ombudsman and who ever else I can complain to, first thing said was yeh when I phoned and when asked who am I speaking to he says don’t you no who your calling, well I would if you didn’t just say just say “yeh”, downhill from there worse company I have ever spoken to very very rude manager
