We completely understand the frustration here and we’ve already replied directly to your email explaining that we’ll be sending the missing tee out on Monday at the next available opportunity.
You first contacted us 2 days ago, so we certainly haven’t ignored you. The marketing emails you received are automated campaigns scheduled in advance and unfortunately aren’t linked to customer service conversations.
This was a genuine packing mistake on our end and not something intentional but mistakes can still happen and we’re already sorting it for you.
We’re a small team and always do our best to put issues right as quickly as possible. If you have any further issues at all, please continue the email conversation with us directly and we’ll get it sorted.
Useless customer service
Useless customer service. Ordered items that were ridiculously small and obviously didn’t fit my son. Emailed numerous occasions to return without any reply and unable to find a number to call. Unfortunately it seems my 12 year d son bought into their numerous videos for them to only let him down??

Colors do not match Homepage
Colors are advertised wrong on homepage. Khaki is in reality „green“. Grey is in reality „sea grass green“. The subsupplier also correctly calls it green.
When contacting customer service about it, they claim its like advertised on the photos (it is not). With the „helpful“ hint that I can send it back on my own expense.
So you pay a lot of transport, tax and customs for wrong colors when you are botnin the UK.

We’re sorry to hear you’re disappointed with the colours received. Product colours can appear differently depending on lighting, editing and individual screen settings, which is why there can sometimes be slight variation between what’s seen online and in person.
The “Khaki” and “Grey” names are simply the names we’ve chosen internally for those colourways rather than exact shade definitions, and the supplier using different terminology doesn’t necessarily mean the product itself is incorrect.
Regarding returns, for international orders outside of the UK we unfortunately can’t cover customs charges or return postage unless an item is genuinely faulty or incorrect, which is standard for most independent brands shipping worldwide.
That said, we never want anyone unhappy with their order and we did offer a return so we could help resolve things for you. If you’d still like assistance, please continue the conversation with our customer service team directly and we’ll do our best to help.
I am very disappointed in the Helfare…
I am very disappointed in the Helfare Trail Jacket. It is a couple of seasons old but has had minimal use. The stitching under one of the armpits has come undone and there is now a hole there.
Very poor quality.
I’ll be sticking to recognied brands in the future.
