I had a very good experience with the company for like 4 months but now am having problems with my acc verification, the security department has not been returning my mails for like 3 weeks now.

Well when I went to make a deposit for account verification it took me straight to buy bitcoin using an address lucky I never carried on with the deposit, but as of now they are still trying to fix it. It's been quite awhile. I'm hoping it will be fixed fingers cressed

“They don’t pay out winnings, and they restrict your account. (Run away from this casino)
They are scammers. They are holding $3,200 of my money after I verified my account and submitted all the documents they requested (passport, national ID, Binance account, etc.). In the end, when I try to withdraw, they approve it and instantly an error appears: ‘Payment error, Payment rejected by the operator.’
Both via chat and email they only tell me it’s a technical issue and to try again later. I’ve been dealing with this for over two months and they haven’t provided any solution. I filed a complaint with Casino Guru and with the Curaçao Gaming Authority, and nothing. They are dedicated to scamming people, and no matter how much you win, forget about getting paid they never pay. I deposited a total of $250 and managed to reach $3,200, and they have no intention of paying or even refunding my money.
