Mike and everyone else in the office were very friendly and personable. The process was painless and relatively quick, and the loan came with perks such as insurance and roadside assistance. Very good experience:)

I called in to talk to them about my payment and Mike answered the phone and he remembered me (which really impressed me) and he came up with a great solution of helping me out and keep my payments at a minimum! He waited and stayed a little later so I had time to get there and sign the paperwork. He had everything ready I just had to sign, get a check and leave. The whole team at my branch 2015 North Green River Road in Evansville are wonderful and always ready to help!

Very unorganized and Time consuming.
Very unorganized and they didn’t care about our busy schedule. We are grateful to have been approved for a loan, but I had to use more than my allotted lunch break to drive there and sit in the care with 4 kids and a sick husband while they moved slow as a sloth and goofed off. No sense of urgency at all. I had asked how long the process would take before coming there because I had very little time that day. The lady assured me it would only take 20 minutes, but it took an hour and a half. It also took 3 days of them calling for information that they didn’t ask for the first 2 days before we got approved. Much room for improvement on their end.
