No matter how much you need money don't ever do business with these people stay as far away from this company as possible. A couple of years ago me and my mother went after I received a card in the mail. Well, I had perfect credit at the time no bad marks on my report. Then after doing business with these crooked fools, it all changed. Now I don't even have a job I rely on a monthly fixed income that isn't very much and already have a car payment every month. My mom is on the loan as well she has a job, but they were dumb enough to approve it in my name. And they act like she's not even on there. My mom was making the monthly payments, and the balance was not moving. And the whole thing ruined all my credit no longer a perfect score. Everyone I had credit with found out about this and took their side even though all the others were being paid on time and the minimum payment. Apparently, the only reason Heights loaned us the money was just to completely ruin my credit which they have accomplished. Now they give it to a debt collector and only in my name. I hate these people with a passion and wish to God; I could sue them because they have ruined my credit that I built up for years. Don't believe no good reviews on this company. Since they can't legally touch my check because it's not from a job they apparently don't care about being repaid, they just want to mess my credit up well mission accomplished. So, all the people I had credit with because my not making payments to this loan company they all lowered my credit limits and started reporting that I was delinquent all my on-time payments didn't mean anything. I was being judged Soley by this loan with Heights Finance so the hell with all of them cause they all take up for each other. They stick their noses in matters that don't concern them and screw the customer. I can't get approved for anything now.

Seemed really nice and all but when I applied they never once called me back with a offer or to tell me I was denied. Been nice to at least got the call back since they did hit my credit either way.

Went here to talk to them about a loan after getting a letter in the mail. Came back home and the next day got a call about a loan for more money. Signed the paperwork and it's like making a deal with the devil. Awful people bad service totally unprofessional on every level. They have constantly harassed me and my son on the phone and with letters. Lying constantly oh this month payment wasn't made after you make one payment. Stay away from these people. Will never do business with these people again. They must want to be reported to the better business bureau. The day the payment is do they call to see if the payment will be made. They can't wait for anything. They should be run out of business for how they do their customer. They charge way too much interest, and they expect you to pay the loan off just like that. So, this man that works for them contacted me and said he was going to have a talk with them. Now this month they have sent my son two letters in the mail accusing of us being late on the payment. Very rude people to do business they charge way too much interest because as long we been paying and the balance is still high. Borrowing money from them was a huge mistake.

As always, my experience at Heights Finance in Etown KY was wonderful! John was very friendly and helpful. I got there a few minutes before my scheduled appointment and was actually done before the appointment time. I would recommend Heights Finance to everyone!!!
