I have been a customer with Heights Finance for 5-6 years now and can't think of a single thing that is negative. I have always been treated with respect and I could always count on them when I needed help.

My first experience with your company, employees were frendly, answered all my questions. Informative of everything. Met all my needs.

They made it easy and really helped me out.

Each time we have had dealings with the Dickson office, the customer service personnel are pleasant, helpful, outstanding and professional, courteous, polite and joyful to converse with. The office atmosphere with Mr Levi and Ms Traci is pleasant and always welcoming. Our experiences have always been a blessing and we are great full.

Levi was a great young man and very helpful. He explained every detail of the contract.

I've been dealing with this location for over a year. They always are able to take care of my financial needs. The staff is super friendly and professional. Also the office is very clean ❤

Krystal was my loan specialist, and she was very easy going with explaining everything that this was to include. She was very courteous, in making sure I was completely happy with the loan I was getting. She explained each step of the loan to me, and asked if I understood all items that were involved with my loan. As we completed the loan, she prompted me with more questions to ensure I understood everything about the loan. There was no rush in her presentation of the loan. Felt very comfortable with each step of completing the loan paperwork. This tells me that all customers get the same attention, and respect that needs to be done, with exceptional professionalism.

The staff is amazing. Crystal and Tonya are always very professional.

The people here are awesome. They helped me get out of a predatory loan from a different place. Without their help i dont know how i would have made it out of that. Thanks

They were easy to work with and willing to stay a littler later for us to get in from Nashville. We were able to do most of the application process over phone or computer.
