False advertising. When you initially apply online by entering in all pertinent information, you get a notification that you are approved for a certain dollar amount.
The local branch then contacts you, takes additional information then has you come in only to tell you that you don't qualify for a loan.
I've heard of others making less than $30k a year and credit score in the 400s getting approved, but I was denied and I earn $42k with a score in the upper 500s.
I am going to file a complaint with the BBB and my state's Attorney General office as Heights Finance is not practicing fair credit laws.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Avoid the Bloomington ILL location at all costs!!! The branch manager allows her employee Rachael to be disrespectful to clients that have always made payments. They also both lie to their district manager and say they called you, when they didn't. They do not explain any paper work you're signing, just the bare minimum. It's used to be a great location but they have severely failed tremendously the last year. Please look for a loan at a different location. Also reported to the BBB and opening an investigation into their unprofessionalism over several phones calls that have been recorded.

I needed help to go see my mother and didn’t know who to turn to for financial assistance. My credit score is still under repair and Heights Financial was there to assist me , when this time was tough on me.

Karen was fantastic.All paperwork was waiting for me , super fast and efficient. She helped me where no-one else would. A credit to the company ,I strongly recomend you see her if you have any finance problems,she pushes that boat out further than anyone.

Matt did an excellent job explaining my options and walking me through the lending process. He answered all my questions and made me feel comfortable in my decision. When I left his office I know I was getting the best financial assistance.
