I recently went to get a loan and said I was approved, instead of finishing the process, they state they have to send up to corporate. That can't call them, they have to wait. 30 minutes of wasted time just sitting there. They need to either trust their employees or find a better solution. This way infuriates a customer and is poor customer service. The girl at location was absolutely sweet and polite though.
