The Branch Manager: Karen Forrest was an exceptional and professional Manager to work with, she cares about people and have such a welcoming presence within her. Excellent customer service
I was taking a chance of an offer I received. Never thinking I would get approved. Ms. Karen Forrest (the branch on 18th street) went above and beyond to help me. The process was easier than I thought. She was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. She was very thorough and made sure I understood everything before signing. The office was in a good location, street parking, and very clean. If you are looking for a debt consolidation, refinance, personal loan, auto loan Heights Finance should be your first stop. Ask for Ms. Karen Forrest.
