Die Bewertung aus dem August 2023 entspricht leider auch meiner Erfahrung. Zugang wurde mit fadenscheiniger Begründung gesperrt. Supportanfrage nicht möglich weil e-mail-Adressee angeblich ungültig. Betrug ???
I subscribed to a 12-month membership at the end of 2024. After just a few months, a major technical issue occurred: my subscription end date started resetting to the current day every day, which blocked access to the content I paid for. I reported the issue to the website's support multiple times – but never received any response.
After more than two weeks of repeated contact attempts with no reply from Hegre’s support, I contacted the payment provider for help. They also tried to reach the website – without success. After another week and a half, the payment provider finally issued a full refund.
However, even after the refund and cancellation, my account remains active with the same error – and this has now continued for months. It is technically impossible to cancel the subscription or delete the account, as the system still thinks my subscription is active. Trying to cancel it through the website leads to a system error, and account deletion is also blocked. GDPR-based requests for data deletion were completely ignored – which is absolutely unacceptable for a company operating in Europe.
I strongly advise against using this platform.
Lack of support, broken cancellation process, and complete disregard for data privacy rights – absolutely untrustworthy.
Update Feb 2026: still broken!
I am unable to access my account because it has been suspended. I therefore request the immediate cancellation of my subscription and written confirmation that no further charges will occur.”

Fact; Ohne Login ist eine fristgerechte Kündigung nicht möglich = Die Mitgliedschaft wird automatisch verlängert und der fällige Betrag eingezogen.
