We have discussed your comments with the team involved to better understand the points you’ve raised, and from our records, the matter was completed within the originally agreed timeframe, with all stages carried out on schedule. While there was one instance of a misspelt name, this was corrected as soon as it was identified, but we apologise for the error. We were not made aware of any wider concerns during the process.

This is not the first time I have needed assistance from Hegarty solicitors; they are my first choice when requiring help on legal matters based on recommendations and past experiences.
On this occasion I was referred to Benjamin Parker in the family law department who didn't disappoint.
My case was not necessarily straightforward, nevertheless Benjamin was easily able to navigate the complexities of it with the utmost dedication, professionalism and tenacity to what was requested of him in a compassionately prompt manner throughout the process.
From my perspective I couldn't have asked for a better solicitor to deal with my case.

I cannot recommend my solicitor (Isabella Green) highly enough. From the very beginning, she was professional, approachable, and incredibly supportive. Our great solicitor
Our solicitor, Jack took plenty of time to explain to us what our LPAs were for and how they can be used. We were able to ask all the questions we wanted to and in no way felt rushed.
Jack was an easy guy to chat with and we were completely at ease in our conversations with him.
It was previous excellent experience with Hegarty Solicitors when we had our Wills drawn up that brought us back to them for our LPAs.

It was time to review our wills, so we chose Hegarty to guide us through the procedure. The solicitor for wills, trusts and probate was very knowledgeable and advised us about the changes we wanted to make and how to do it legally. An expensive procedure but it needed to be done correctly
