Hi Todd,
I'm very sorry for your experience and the frustration regarding the delayed shipment of your Meva - Tigard Console Table. When the order was originally placed, our manufacturer did not process the order in the manner that they should have which caused the initial delays. My team was working with them to get this corrected and had escalated the issue to upper management at Meva so it wouldn't happen again.
I know how frustrating a situation like this is and I truly apologize as it reflects poorly on us and that's never our intention. If there's ever something else we can do to make it right, please do not hesitate to reach back out to us.

Had a great experience with HedgeApple!
I discovered HedgeApple completely by chance through a Google Sponsored ad. The great price of the piece that I was in search of caught my eye, so I researched this company. I liked that they had a storefront, and the good reviews were a plus. I called to ask a question about the item and Hannah went out of her way to make sure that I was well informed, so I know that I could trust them to place my order. The furniture arrived sooner than expected, and HedgeApple also worked with me to make sure that I could get the delivery type that I wanted. This is such a wonderful company and I'm so glad that I ran across them, because I didn't have a single problem with my purchase!

There wasn't a lot of communication or a way to track or check into my order. Then is says my ordered shipped one day, and you're the next state over. However, I won't get my order for another 18-20 days. That's crazy to me. We had bought our mattress and other items days after this purchased, we received those items already. So now we're just sitting ducks waiting for our delivery. But we had been looking for this particular order and was excited that we finally found it.

Thank you so much for taking the time to leave us a review and letting us know about your experience thus far. I do apologize for any confusion/concern with regards to the delivery time frame of your bed given our location. To confirm, all of our orders ship directly from our manufacturers warehouse, so in this instance the item ships from New Jersey.
Also, your order was expected to ship by March 13th (per order confirmation) and Freight Transit time per our product page is 7-10 business days on average. I do see that on the carrier tracking the first available delivery date offered was 03/27 which would put us right at the 10 business day mark.

Great cabinet but drama to have it delivered
Delivery company they used was horrible. They had to reschedule after waiting weeks then it was delivered at 830pm due to a truck problem.
Cabinet was packaged well and is beautiful. But I would think twice about buying from them due to their shipping partner.

Quality furniture
Quality furniture; Great price! I bought a beautiful console online (also sold at major retailer for much more $). The shipping was fast, free and customer service was lovely. I will definitely buy from HA again.

Best Furniture Purchase!
Browsing and buying is so easy. My Four Hands Kelden coffee table was delivered timely with white glove service! Delivery guys were prompt and courteous, placed the table exactly where I wanted it, and left no debris behind. This is my second Hedgeapple purchase, I'll be back again!!
