I gave you one because the merchandise came to me broke. You did not want to resolve this matter when we were speaking on the phone which I had the product less than two minutes from the time the mailman dropped it off to the time I called you. You can check on that so I will keep the little fox and every time I see him with the broken ear it will remind me to never buy from your company again thank you and have a good day.

After looking into your order, I reviewed the conversation you had with our customer service team. We requested photos of both the damaged statue and the packaging so we could process a replacement, and at the time we were waiting to receive those images before we could move forward. On the call, you agreed to send the photos over and that's where the claim has left off. Because we never received them, the replacement process wasn't able to continue—but your claim was never denied.
If you're still willing to send those photos, we'd be happy to pick up where we left off and work toward getting this resolved for you. We genuinely want you to have the item you ordered in the condition you expected.

They refused to deliver yet requested review
They have requested I review a product they never sent. I ordered a chair which was supposed to have free delivery. Then they notified me it would be several hundred dollars due to my "remote" location. I am just off 1-5, south of Seattle. Hardly remote. I told them that a nearby island shares the same zip code, but I don't live on the island. Didn't matter. They insisted it would take a ferry to reach me. I don't live on an island, I live in the suburbs! Order cancelled. Here's the review they wanted.

We’re sorry this was frustrating. While your order initially qualified for free delivery, our carrier later confirmed an added delivery charge for this ZIP code based on how they service the area. We understand that does not feel accurate for your specific location, especially since you are not on an island.
Rather than move forward and surprise you with the added cost, we reached out first and canceled the order at your request when you chose not to proceed.
The review request was sent automatically after the order was canceled, and we understand why that was irritating.

The chair I ordered was never…
The chair I ordered was never delivered. The delivery company scheduled the delivery twice. After sitting at home all day, I got a call saying the driver was out of hours, they needed to reschedule. I scheduled it for the next week with another item from a different company. The brought my sofa from another company but said they couldn’t find my chair at the warehouse. So they knew but didn’t communicate. Hedgeapple did absolutely nothing to help rectify the situation. Nothing! I asked them to ship me another chair. Nope! Gotta wait 8-10 days for the warehouse to look for the chair after they had already been looking for five days. Finally called and asked for a refund. No I’m sorry. Let me look into it further let me make this right just issued the refund.

We’re really sorry this turned into such a frustrating mess. Waiting around for deliveries that don’t happen is very annoying, and we completely understand why you were upset.
From our side, once we were notified they couldn’t locate the chair, we had to give their warehouse time to complete the search before we could move forward with a replacement. When you decided you’d rather cancel, we refunded the order right away.
We’re sorry the delivery company dropped the ball here, and we’re also sorry the process left you feeling like we weren’t helping. I can assure you that was not our intention.

Very responsive Customer Service
We saw a price for one of your products online, but were unable to duplicate it when trying to place the order. I called and explained the issue to a gentleman who tried to get the price shown but couldn’t. He assured me that someone from customer service would call me the next day and I would get the lower price. That’s exactly what happened. The whole interaction was very courteous and professional.
