The most supportive and trustworthy people and programme. Completely tailored to you, where you are at now, where you want to go, and where you have been - she takes the time to understand exactly what you want to achieve to help produce the best programme to help you achieve it. I’ve been with Hebe and her team for 6 weeks now and i have learnt and achieved so much, not just with regards to my physique and my goals here, but also with my mentality and my knowledge of what we are doing and why we are doing it. I completely trust Hebe with what she says and implements - the things I am learning through my experience with the team are things that will absolutely stick with me for life as the processes she implements and teaches are healthy and sustainable😁

Hebe is so helpful and knowledgeable and she always has a great idea/solution for any problems or questions that I have. She really values flexible dieting and she preaches that no food is bad, it’s just the amount of it that is bad. Which is great because I’m learning to eat the foods that I LOVE everyday whilst it also fits into my plan. Whilst facing my own personal challenges Hebe has been very understanding and has helped me so much. I haven’t been with Hebe for long yet but I am so excited for the next few months with her.

Starting with Hebe was the best decision I have ever made and has honestly changed my life. After almost 3 months the change in not only my physical appearance but also on my mental health is insane. I have developed such a good relationshup with food and gotten down to a weight and body figure that I never thought possible for myself. She is always there to answer any questions, even though I’m on the other side of the world in Australia and the education provided with that you will have for a lifetime. Could not recommend her or thank her enough.

Hebe really listens to what you have to say each week and I have found the plans enjoyable. The meals are simply amazing and have not struggled at all to find something I like. Been doing the plan for almost two months now and have seen a massive change already losing 11lbs so far.

I joined Hebe Hiom Coaching around 3 months ago and I could not recommend her enough! The constant support with our fitness journey has been incredible and I am already seeing amazing results. I honestly couldn't recommend Hebe and her team enough.
After over 6 months of going to the gym and seeing no results I started seeing results within a couple of weeks of starting with Hebe. She has changed my whole lifestyle and I couldn't be more grateful.
The meal plans are delicious and tailored around foods you like. The workouts are also amazing and Hebe is always there to answer any questions.
On top of this Hebe gives you the resources to educate yourself which I think is so important.

Can’t recommend Hebe and her team enough! I have only been with Hebe for 4/5 weeks but she has completely changed my view of food! Learning that no food is bad food has massively helped my mental health but also my lifestyle! She and her team is always there for support and if you need any help and her plans are so well devised, suited to you and your macros. You will not be disappointed 😊

I have been with hebe roughly 16-17 weeks and my whole lifestyle has changed since being on this plan. I have tried every diet under the sun shakes, no carbs, low carb, cutting out fatty food and chocolate but always came back to the same conclusion. This is the only diet that has worked as it is a lifestyle change not just a simple diet. I am now 12kg down and still going! I am a hella of a lot stronger than we I started! I have re-evaluated my lifestyle choice and changed so much since being with Hebe! I couldn’t recommend it enough! I’m now training to be a personal trainer so I can help and inspire people like hebe has done for myself!!

Im fairly new to Hebe coaching but cant reccomended the team enough! Finding someone who has nutritional knowledge on healthy and balanced vegeterian food was so difficult and I was giving up until Hebe and the team came to the rescue 🙈 the meals are varied and so tasty so sticking to my diet has been far easier than ones I've found online. Im so excited to see the progress I make with the team in the future and am so thankful for the support I receive 😊 xx

Hebe has been so helpful and supportive. I don’t have to worry about counting my calories or working out my macros or planning exercises, because she has done all of the hard work for me. Hebe is so responsive and quick to get in touch if I have any queries and is always providing lessons, q and a’s and extra content to help me learn how to keep my journey continuing. Would recommend for anybody wanting to lose weight, gain muscle or learn more about the body/fuel/exercise.

I have been on Hebe’s personal training plan since December and i am absolutely loving the food and exercise plans! The whole team are super supportive and always at hand if you need any support or have any questions to ask! I would literally recommend using hebe and team a million times over!
