Great prices but poor communication
Great prices but from the time that the order was made It took over 2 weeks to get all of my parts for a rebuild kit I was under the impression 3-4 days items would be delivered and also I was assuming all items would ship together but no it didn't my motor tore down mechanic waiting on parts then I'm calling almost every day after the first week waiting on tracking numbers just so I can stay in the loop and we all know time is money then we'll over the time the items should have been delivered I'm told some parts had to come from Sweden so apparently the ball was dropped a few times and I'm the one that ended up paying but didn't take long once I received the tracking number coming from Sweden but better communication is a must if I had know circumstances maybe I would have gone another route or at least had the option and gaskets and bearings is not a rebuild kit that did come within 3 days or so but the major stuff didn't come until after 2 weeks of purchase if I known you didn't have a rebuild kit on hand I would have looked elsewhere like I said poor communication it's not right to lead a customer to think they would have the product in 3 days or so and all I get is gaskets

These guys are great
These guys are great. I bought a complete kit for my Perkins 4-318, I didn't start my rebuild right away, and when I did I found a couple bad parts from MaxiForce. Their customer service made it right even though I sat on the kit for almost 2 years. Thanks HD Kits!
