they are happy to take your money and quick to offer support when making a payment but after they receive on there end you are officialy a ghost to them, they dont respond and very shadey orderd on nov 15 with express shiping and still have not recived even a reply . all the said was they are "looking into it", *update* i chose a slower delivery service so i am changing my review to 5 stars it took longer only because the delivery service i committed to

Ordered an ijoy capo squonk on october 13th 2017, fast forward to november 13th, had to argue with them to ship any color. Seeing rainbow "was not in stock yet". Now its december 10th and the tracking number just now says origin post preparing for shipment. Never ordering from them again. Its going to be a total of 3 months by the time this item arrives. If there was a negative star rating they'd of received that seeing 1 star is still to good for them.

the worst company for ecigs. they do not ship your products and hope you forget about your payment! DONT DEAL WITH THEM!

Heaven Gifts Fraud Alert !

I purchased a predator 228 electronic cigarette mod from heaven gifts and it stopped working within 2 months. I contacted them for support and they agreed to send me a new mod as mine would not be repairable.

It has been a week since their last message.They have stopped answering messages and thus unwilling to send me a refund/new mod.

I would not advise anyone to ever buy products from heaven gifts e-cigarette web shop as you will never get a replacement/refund when your product has defects, even if they promised to do this.

Absolutely shoddy.

There is no service whatsoever from these guys. They don't ever ship on time, never ship out the items you order. they even expect you to do the customs clearance. I made 4 wholesale orders since the 15th of May and I am yet to receive any. Paypal dispute for all 4. Trust me there are far better places such as elegomall I can't believe I gave these fraudsters the time of day

Get wholesale account here, tryied to make an order first the agent just ignored me, later when finished order, they said that doesn't have a lot items, and other items it would be shipped from different warehouse. Carefully worst service to communicate as wholesaler, and slowest, a lot of items are out of stock. Regards to worst agent Maggie. And dear HG team think more about to customers, not about yourself.

Wotofo Troll RTA

I won the Troll RTA from Heaven Gifts and I had the honor of opening and reviewing this RTA.

The Troll RTA by WOTOFO has a Genesis style (GTA) design. A unique single post deck with 4 terminals and large wicking ports for big builds and easy wicking system. The terminals are 2.5 x 2mm and the screws are philips head capscrews. The top delrin cap has embedded stainless steel threading minimising the risk of stripping the topcap threads. Huge and I mean huge fill holes makes it extremely easy to fill. The threading is super smooth.

The cloud production on the Troll RTA is superb, but the flavour, oh wow, just AMAZING.

I experienced no spitback and no leakage. A must have for all you serious builders and flavour chasers.

The delivery from Heavengifts was superfast. The RTA arrived within 4 days from China to South Africa.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! I ordered my items JANUARY 2ND, and I never received them. NO RESPONSE TO MY EMAILS! NOTHING! You might as well throw your money in a ditch or a river. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! No way to contact them except email and they don't even answer you!!!! I will make sure I spread this review EVERYWHERE!!!!!

Dont order from heavens gifts stuff sits in singapore for years and they refused to refund me untill a month after i ordered when they know dam well it hasent moved in weeks they still make you wait
