Heatraq are a good old fashioned honest business, they didn’t try and push me into buying a part I didn’t need. Advised me to try replace the gasket first before buying a new immersion heater. As I had a spare gasket I ended up not buying anything from them but was so impressed with the genuine customer service.
Andrew saved me a lot of time and hassle when I thought I needed a whole new boiler but just needed a small part! So grateful!
