not bad but assume pool owners to be technically pool knowledgeable re pumps, hoses and other parts and this rarely the case in my experience.

Really fast from order to delivery - great product, exactly as described on website.

Had the pleasure of purchasing a heater for our 18ft Bestway swimming pool recently. Couldn’t have been happier with the service from Lisa, Trina and David who handled the order, invoicing as I am in Rep. Of Ireland, and shipping all within two days. Great responsiveness to queries on phone or email. Great selection of products also as very hard to get pool heaters for pools above 15ft diameter. Installed My Penguin pool heater easily. Up in Scotland in the cooler air temp it heats the pool up to mid 20's Celsius. And as soon as the sun is out it rapidly goes up to 28/30 Celsius. Very happy with it and looks great too.

David & David have been superb throughout. Starting with a detailed email suggesting, with various price options, what system would be best for our setup, through to organising delivery and then follow-on support to ensure it is working as it should do. Highly recommended for their expertise and customer service.

Just recently purchased a Thermotec eco inverter 19kw heat pump from this company, together with piping, valves, elbows etc needed. Their service was excellent, they were very helpful on the phone and calculated which pump would most meet my needs. They phoned me the next day when my order was being processed to recheck all details including delivery. From then everything worked like clockwork and the heat pump was delivered early on the agreed day. The machine is well made and very quiet. I wish all companies had service like this.

The customer service I received was fantastic really helped me with what I needed for my pool to get the maximum use. Once ordered delivery was quick and even called to make sure we would be home on the day they organised. Really recommend this company!!

My pool heater was damaged on arrival, but this was not initially apparent. It was, however, replaced without a quibble. A lesser company might well have behaved very differently. I am very happy to commend a company that treats its customers in this way. Many thanks.
