Failure to act on delivery instructions
Despite an eMail informing them of dates I was away on holiday and that I had a shingle drive, the delivery was attempted the day before I returned from holiday by a driver who said he could not deliver onto a shingle drive.
Second attempt the next day, same driver, same equipment. This time I was able to find a solution to help the driver complete the delivery onto my drive.
Subsequently I have received a call from HeatPumps4Pools to apologies and they did acknowledge that my eMail should have been responded to to inform me that it would be a kerb side only delivery.

Hi Stuart, many thanks for your review. I called you and we spoke by phone today. As discussed, we passed on your holiday dates, but unfortunately the courier tried to deliver a day early. They returned the next day and delivered the goods.
Heat pumps are delivered on pallets and these cannot be dragged over shingle driveways, therefore the driver will leave the goods at your driveway entrance and the customer is responsible for moving the heat pump to the desired location in the garden. This is explained in our terms and conditions of sale. I apologise that we did not email you to confirm this.
I am glad that the heat pump was delivered successfuly and we hope that you enjoy using it.

I was very happy with my purchase of a swimming pool pump and filter. The product arrived within the time quoted. It was well packaged, price was competitive and was very simple to put together. We did not need to contact the company for any help, which was on offer if needs be. I would certainly recommend this company.

Fantastic Service
Very friendly and helpful to deal with. They sorted out a delivery issue and dispatched a replacement heat pump after the first one was lost by the Courier.

Great advice and products
I needed some advice prior to buying a new circulation pump. I was able to talk to real experts and obtained just what I needed, so went ahead and bought a new variable speed pump. The pump is now installed and runs nearly silently.

Made a mistake in my order online was…
Made a mistake in my order online was contacted by heat pumps to check on my order , Oder was corrected and a refund was sent back to me, also found them very helpful on setting up my heat source pump sent me a email explaining how to set heater up found them to be very helpful
