Radek is simply fantastic. I have called on his service for various plumbing issues over the years and nothing is too much trouble for him. A friendly guy, a very hard worker and always gets the job done and promptly.

Radek is reliable , honest and good value for money. He is very professional, replies very quickly and does the job very efficiently. We are very happy to have found him, especially because we had bad experiences with plumbers before. Highly recommend.

I cannot recommend Heating Principles Ltd highly enough. Radek is absolutely incredible. He has installed two boilers for me, and the difference between his work and that of previous engineers is night and day.

Radek was unbelievably honest, professional, and knowledgeable. Unlike previous engineers who simply left the boilers running at full power (24 kW with a flow temperature of 65°C), Radek took the time to properly explain how the system should actually be set up and why. He showed me how to program the boilers correctly, reducing the output to around 6 kW and running the central heating at a much more efficient temperature between 35–39°C.

I had no idea this was even possible and that lack of explanation from previous engineers has meant my gas bills have been unnecessarily high for nearly 10 years. Radek’s attention to detail and willingness to educate me has already made a huge difference.

Radek has provided great service on two separate occasions for my tenanted property.
He provided several pictures and videos of each issue. Both repairs were to a good standard and tenants commented on how polite and professional he was on each visit.

The engineer (Radek) was thorough, competent and helpful. After resolving the problem..which turned out to be electrical.. he took the trouble to explain the system and controls (both new to me) and advise on good practice both in terms of the heating sysyem and plumbing. I was most impressed.

I have had the most brilliant, first class service from Radek at Heating Principles Ltd. I had a number of plumbing problems in my bathroom, which he fixed with great efficiency. He is very knowledgeable, always prompt, helpful, patient and completely reliable. And his prices are fair. He was recommended to me by a friend and I too highly recommend him. He is the best.
