Very poor service and rude with it.

We booked the "no wait" business package as our return journey from the airport was time critical. I phoned them before we left to notify them that our flight had been brought forward. Not interested - tell the driver who collects your car. We did, in writing. On our return to UK there was no driver, and lots of not listening to our concerns when we phoned. We waited over 30 mins for our car and were told not to expect so much and "because of Covid, nothing is normal". Poor service. Poor attitude. Oh - and the car had travelled 49 miles since we left it.

Don't use them-Damaged my car and won't respond

This company are a joke!! They significantly damaged my car early in August and now say that they have no insurance on site and it's down to the customer's insurance if there's a problem. Must be breaking the law surely???
Really surprised Heathrow allow them to damage their brand by name association.
Written 16 emails with little or no response.

*WARNING* DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

I wish that I’d read some of the reviews before using this company because they are quite simply a bunch of crooks. I dropped my car off at Heathrow T5 and collected it a week later. From calling the company in the baggage area to picking up the car took over an hour. The keys were thrust into my hand and the driver was in a real rush to get away. My wife has got into the habit of taking a picture of the mileage when we drop the car off and on this occasion it showed the car had been driven 94 miles in the week that we had been away. I called Platinum immediately but was fobbed off and then they hung up. I called back repeatedly and spoke to ‘Eric Brighton’ (yeah right!) who also hung up. I have taken the matter to the police as, under the Theft Act 1968, s12, this constitutes vehicle taking without consent. Please do not use this company. They do not deserve to have a licence to operate and I for one will be pursuing the matter until they are closed down.

Worst ever.

We have used many different companies to park a car at Hearthrow this is the worst.
The company does not communicate with their customers, we had to cancel our holiday due to Covid-19 and we were promised a voucher to be used at a later date.
They did not reply to numerous e mails and phone calls, then we get a call on the morning we were due to travel to ask where were we.
We will never use them again and we have informed all our friends likewise.

The worst treatment ever. I was dubious.

I have been flying to my destination 26 years every year, using different airports and many parking services. Always good value and excellent service. This time i have used Platinum Parking Heathrow.
Beware! Totally unprofessional. The behaviour that of bandits. When i was booking the parking, i specified the time when i arrive to airport. I was late 1 hour due to traffic. Even before i arrived, while i was driving already stressed, they called me and said there is a late fee charge. They have been very concerned about the money, kept repeating it. I was very surprised, this had never happened before. When i got there, i was being late, so i left the car with them. On return , (and i returned 3 days earlier without demanding my money back) they demanded the money in cash which i did not have, and had to give them my card details over the phone. They did not give me the exit ticket like it usually happens, and i had to pay the exit fee myself. And the petrol tank was empty, i had just enough to drive to the nearest petrol station! The stress they have given me i cannot describe. Absolutely avoid these people. 100% fake.

I will not use this company again.
The telephone operator does not seem to understand you and you have to shout and spell out everything to make them understand, very difficult when you are at baggage collection or using handsfree.
On getting my car back at T5 (40mins after phoning them), the driver gave me the keys and ran off straight away. On checking the car I found that the windscreen was cracked. On ringing them they said of yes we noticed that. There were no inspection checks done when I left the car with them and no chance to inspection when I got it back. I reportedf it immediately to the driver (by phone message) and to the office, but the T's & C's say they don't cover windscreens.
Very poor service, find someone else.

Terrible service and rude

Please do not use this company. Absolutely terrible service on both departure and arrival when used in August 2020. Far from platinum service ...!

Departure: they arrived nearly 40mins late when I arrived at the airport even though I called them when I was 30 mins away. The guy was rude and I was travelling with my family.

Arrival: I called after baggage reclaim. I had to wait over 45 minutes for them to bring my car. They bought someone else’s Audi car instead of my actual car. Completely different number plates. I would not be happy if my car was incorrectly given to another person. There were no handover checks and I could have taken the new 2020 plate car. This would be very worrying if I was a dishonest person and wanted a new car (even have the photo).

Stay clear. I would never use their service again or recommend them. Absolutely awful and rude service with no courtesy for the customer (and I was travelling with my family).

STEER CLEAR OF PLATINUM PARKING!!!!!

STEER CLEAR OF PLATINUM PARKING!!!!!! Poor service on departing flight but even worse on return flight. They were rude kept telling me to phone back, kept cutting me off. After 2 hours of telling me the car was on its way they admitted the battery was flat, which seemed strange on a 4 week old new battery. Turns out they had set off the anti theft immobiliser which drains the battery completely. They would not give me the address of their compound until the police who were at Heathrow airport got involved. I was shocked to find my car parked on a travellers housing site!!!!!. Had to pay £125 to get home by taxi then drive back the following day to get the RAC to sort the problem. Finally got home nearly 5 hours after our flight. Never in 20 years of travelling have I ever had a meet and greet (or not meet and no greeting I should say) from a company like this before. For £85 I was lied too, spoken rudely too and had to wait in the cold with 3 children while they palmed us off and cut off our phone calls despite telling us the driver would be there in 20 minutes many times and that they would phone us back in 5 minutes many times but never did!!!!! Absolutely appalling company!!!!!!

Avoid, avoid, avoid

All fine with drop off, although they changed the location at the last minute. Pick up is ridiculous. We called them 3 times to find out how long we would have to wait. Impossible to pin down. So far we are waiting 45 minutes and still no sign of our car. Do not use these cowboys!!!

Nothing 'Platinum' about this service - DO NOT USE!!

Had a similar experience to all the other reviews on here; late collection of the car although called 45mins ahead of arrival time - we were sat waiting for an additional 45mins! When they finally arrived, the guy was agressively telling me that he had been trying to call but my number was 'invalid'....he showed me the number on the screen and it was correct....my partner (standing next to us) then called my number and (unsurpsingly) successfuly got through. Clearly hadn't paid his phone bill and therefore was unable to make outgoing calls! Very stressful start to the holiday.

Ahead of our return to the UK, I emailed them with our amended flight details and specifically asked them to be on time. No response. Once arrived at Heathrow and collected our luggage, I called and they told me that they'll be waiting at the Drop-off point in 30mins......1 hour later and many calls with a response of "it's on it's way" "will be 5mins" "I don't know where it is, call back later" "I can't locate it" our car finally arrived. Yet another scruffy driver and was irritatingly shoving a piece of paper at me saying that we were too early and the car was parked in order of collection....clearly hadn't seen my email notifying them of the flight change of about 30mins, no earlier!

SHOCKING service from start to finish! Really wish I had read all other reviews before using, although looks like I was one of the lucky ones as there was no damage to the car or no parking fines through the post (not yet anyway!)

LIARS - PLEASE DO NOT USE!

They took our car and did £2500 of damage to our Range Rover. After weeks of then “collecting photos” and evidence - they said they don’t have photos (it says they take photos when we booked) and now they say it’s not thy wit problem. They have been rude, unhelpful and flabbergastingly unprofessional. PLEASE do not use !!!!!

They wrecked our car and refused to fix it.

They wrecked our car and wouldn’t pay for the damage. When I showed up the attendant had no shirt on and was smoking a cigarette. This is an absolute scam and the police should shut them down. Don’t ever use them.

[Update] A couple of months after I wrote this review, I was contacted by TrustPilot to verify my information because Heathrow Platinum Parking was trying to dispute that I had used their services.

I happily sent the photos of my wrecked car, the confirmation email, and even my ignored correspondence with Heathrow Platinum Parking. The worst part of this whole situation is that they would not cooperate with my insurance by sharing their CCTV. This means that I had to pay for all the damage and my insurance put me at fault.

I spoke with the manager Sam on the phone on multiple occasions. At one point he agreed to "help me out" by "meeting me in the middle". This meant that he would buy a used headlight off of eBay for me, but I would need to get the rest of the car repaired. They have used this tactic before and made people agree to not pursue anything further for their "help". I decided to pass. I'm currently in conversations to figure out how to start an investigation in their business by the authorities.

This is not a garage. It is a parking lot 15 minutes away from Heathrow. My "meet and greet" consisted of me driving to the airport, dropping off my family, and being told that I needed to drive to Hayes to drop off my car. After the frustration of almost missing my flight, I was driven back 15 minutes to the airport by an unprofessional driver who told me I was overreacting.

This is not a garage, this is a scam. It is inconvenient, unnecessarily risky, and when something goes wrong, it will be your fault.

This is not a real business. Read the other reviews. Do not work with them. They need to be shut down by the government. The extra savings you will get is not worth it. Believe me. I almost never write reviews for poor service because everyone can have a bad day. This is the glaring exception.

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service from this company. We will never use them again. Thankfully our car was fine when we got it back, and both of the drivers we met were very courteous and professional when we met them which is why I gave it 2 stars, not 1. That's the only positive thing I have to say about this company. We followed all the instructions on the initial email, only to be rudely told by the man on the phone that we had gone to the wrong part of the airport for drop off, costing us £5 to get out of the parking terminal - this is after we'd called him twice before and he'd told us to go to that parking terminal. When I asked him to verify who I was calling he wasn't willing to give me the business name which made us very anxious about what sort of dodgy company we were leaving our car with. We then went to the 2nd agreed place for car pick-up and called him multiple times to ask when the driver would be arriving as we were getting anxious to get in the airport. Every time he was extremely rude and refused to tell us the name of the company he worked for. Thankfully the driver did show up after about 20 minutes of waiting in the drop-off zone. No issues on pick-up. I did email their customer service team twice asking for a refund of the £5 and never heard anything back from them. Appalling service.

Outstanding service both ways

Outstanding service both ways. Drop off and pick up on time. Very friendly and courteous drivers. Dont believe the negative reviews. Had a great experience and would definitely be recommending them to family friends !!

Shame there is not A ZERO STAR!! Do Not use this company, appalling customer service. Got to the exit of Heathrow T2 & found out the car park ticket was not paid, rang the company & got told to read the T&C' s. They are giving Heathrow a BAD name! DO NOT RECOMMEND!

They broke my car and I could have had…

They broke my car and I could have had a serious accident.
I had to wait 45 minutes for them to bring me my car. After picking it up I noticed that I had to drive with the steering wheel turned for the car to go straight, as if they hit the kerb or a bump hard damaging the direction. The front wheels weren't parallel.
Next day I wrote them about it but ignored me completely.
I then drove to the garage to check what could it be and that was when the lower arm of the driver front wheel completely broke. I don't want to think what would have happened if it would have broken at the motorway on my way home from the airport.
These people are not just irresponsible and dishonest but also dangerous.

Just useless in every way

These guys are slow, dishonest and difficult to make contact with.

On drop off we called 30 mins before we arrived at the passenger drop off, after multiple phone calls (to a mobile number with a full answerphone inbox that hung up on us rather pick up multiple times) stories about lost drivers and other cars with flat tyres the driver for the company arrived 45 mins late.
On arriving back at heathrow the experience was even worse. The delay was over 2 and a half hours after when they first promised the car would be with us. A cycle of being promised a time for the car to be delivered, no car, phone call, new excuse and new estimate of time took the first hour and a half. Post this it turned out they had got the car in the wrong parking lot and then the delays began anew. Never a straight story, no help and generally unhelpful just avoid this company like the plague.

TLDR: you get what you pay for - but however cheap this company are don't bother, it is cheaper and quicker to park your car in the furthest long stay you can imagine and walk to heathrow rather than use this crew

Avoid booking with them they don’t care about your car.

If I have the option to give them zero stars I would give them that.

I left my car with them and when I returned from holidays I called them when I was picking up my bags and the guy on the phone told me there was a small damage on my car caused by a lorry on the car park. When the driver came my car was completely smashed on the front and both sides where the wheel is and the car was full of mud in and out, I told the driver I need their insurance and that I will call the police. The guy just left the keys on the Bonet and walked away. I took photos of the car and called the police and report it. I got in contact with the company and they said their where going to take lability and fix the damage and when I asked them if they can provide the cctv of the accident they said the camera was not pointing where the car was parked ( layers). They came to pick up the car and told me they will fix it and paint it and change the headlamp that was cracked inside which cause the light point upwards.

I told them to send me the address of the garage where my car was getting fixed and they never did.

I finally got the car back and the paint job is disgusting is completely different colour and they never changed the headlamp instead they try to repair it and cover the repairs with a black sticky tape to hide it. I sent them and email saying the colour is not the same as the rest of the car and that they need to buy a new headlamp, I sent them pictures of the car that you can notice that the car is 2 different colour and the headlamp is cracked and the light is pointing upwards.

I got a call from them and they told me it is the same colour but is noticeable because is fresh paint but it will blend in in time and if I want the new headlamp I have to send an email saying if I get the headlamp ordered from them I drop the matter about the paint job and end the dispute. They are forcing me to accept the discussing job they did for me to get the headlamp that they should of change it in the first place.

I told them that I want my car the way I left it with them or they have to paint the whole car and to change the headlamp as they agreed from the beginning. The guy on the phone said we are not going to do more works on the paint and we will send the new headlamp if you send an email saying I will drop the whole matter for me to get the headlamp and put the phone down on me.

DONT EVEN THINK OF LEAVING YOUR NICE EXPENSIVE CAR WITH THEM. Because it looks that I am not the only one who had this issue with them because when I called them once they thought I was someone else and said are you the guy from the Jaguar that was damaged.

They don’t care about your car and they don’t care how much it cost you to purchase the car.
