Ceramic Thermal? Don't bother....
Purchased the 'Mens Cedrick Ceramic Thermal Long Sleeve Top' for £30, unlike the cheaper thermal on their website, this one didn't have any reviews so was a slightly blind buy but due to it having a higher tog rating (according to the description), I decided to give it a go.
I wear thermals every year and have bought a fair few in my time but super dissapointed with this Cermaic Thermal - it's decribed as light weight but feels paper thin and identical to supermarket thermals which cost a 1/3 of the price.
If you are considering purchasing, honestly don't bother, now have to deal with the headache of returning - I usually never leave reviews, good or bad but the price being charged for this thermal long sleeve is honestly insane, supposedly it was on sale down from £50 when supermarkets charge £8 for the same item!!

Warm but bad quality
They are warm yes. But the quality is really bad. All of them get holes after 3 or 5 weeks only.

Für mich ist Heat Holders gestorben. Aufgrund falscher Angaben auf dem Paket wurden mir Zollgebühren in Rechnung gestellt. Meine Beschwerde bei Heat Holders blieb unbeantwortet. Man hielt es nicht einmal für nötig, sich zu entschuldigen. So werde ich in Zukunft wieder direkt in China bestellen. Dort gibt es genügend Alternativen, die sogar noch günstiger sind.

Junk product
Received mens ankle socks that had frayed and unfinished openings just hanging off the top on both.
Left a voicemail just to receive another bot response via email. Do not waste your money. Zero human customer service. Funny reading all the imaginary reviews on their website.

Keep warm in a puffer jacket
Purchased mens puffer jacket in the sale. It arrived day after ordering and I was a little apprehensive, I am daft enough to play golf in all weathers, hoping it would be warm enough. I am an xxl and it fitted quite closely, more like a jumper but I did read that it was a second layer and my outer golfing jacket fitted nicely over.
Well it was freezing today and I am writing this review as without doubt I have purchased something that does at it says. Can't say I was overly hot, but snug enough to get me around.
Well done Heat Holders. Would highly recommend .

Hot stuff
My softie dad needed hat and gloves for our daily woodland walks. He said the new ones were great, and he was ecstatic about the new sockos, he said it was like walking on foam rubber. Can you do them in dog size for spaniels? l have to go out barefoot

Great quality products and top customer service
Great quality products, their gloves really keep my hands warm. Unfortunately there was a small issue with one of the gloves which was immediately rectified with a replacement being sent by post next day, after I shared a photo of the fault. This saved me the hassle of returning the glove to the original retailer.

Definitely NOT the warmest clothing!
The company profile blurb states "Heat Holders are quite simply the warmest thermal socks and accessories you can buy" I sincerely doubt that this declaration is a true fact!
I purchased the socks, gloves and neck warmer and can honestly say all are a disappointment. I used these items for my cycling activities but they performed no better (cold hands and feet ) than similar items purchased cheaper elsewhere in actual fact alternative purchased items were marginally better! the neck warmer did keep my neck warm however after using a few times it has gone completely out of shape. For all the hype I believe you would be far better purchasing these particular items elsewhere.
Does this company care about negative comments , I would let you be the judge of that after looking at Heat Holders stock reply to all the negative comments.

We care deeply about the warmth and well being of our customers, it is the main reason we created Heat Holders due to many poor products in the market that didn't work. We have received many thousands of positive reviews and messages from customers and rarely receive messages such as yours. Heat Holders are designed to trap warm air, if hands or feet are very cold to begin with this can be a more difficult process. We would suggest warming items first such as in an airing cupboard or on a radiator, where safe to do so. Our neck warmers are one of our favourite items and again this is not a complaint we usually receive. We would request you check the products are genuine Heat Holders and that you adhere to washing instructions. If purchased from our Heat Holders website and you are still not happy, please contact our customer services team: customerservices@heatholders.co.uk where we shall offer you a full refund. Five stars happily given to Heatholders for outstanding customer service. I purchased some gloves online the week before Christmas, but found that they were frayed and too tight on the fingers. I contacted Heatholders directly on 23rd Dec and they sent a replacement pair in the post on next-day courier, arrived Christmas Eve and saved the holidays for me!

Outstanding customer service
Outstanding customer service! I've out a wrong postcode due to auto fill and the parcel kept getting sent back and forth between two depots. I contacted the customer service and explained my error. The lady was absolutely fantastic and sent out a replacement which arrived the very next day.
The tights are absolutely gorgoeus and ever so warm. Highly recommend for both quality and customer service. Well done!

Very warm gloves
The gloves I received are very warm. However, after only a few weeks, the tips of two of the fingers started to fray quite badly. Having put a poor review on their website, I received an email saying another pair are in the post & asking me to return the faulty pair in a pre-paid package. Therefore I am pleased with the company’s response, hence the five stars.

Nice but de quality is bad.
Nice and comfortable socks but the quality is very bad. Holes appear on the heel after wearing it several times.
