First class service at a reasonable cost.

Constantly getting emails, texts from this company who I would never use again. I’ve unsubscribed so many times it’s becoming a joke. I’m not sure this is legal… looks very desperate.

Another spam text despite several calls and complaints. Reported again to the ICO. Please sort out your aggressive marketing!

Honest people and companies are hard to find these days. I was delighted with the service and workmanship of the leak. They were really honest and transparent.

I would give no stars if possible - terrible service from start to finish and extremely poor management. Hired for an electric survey and gas survey on a property we were purchasing. Had a phone call on morning of appointment to say they would need to reschedule the gas survey. Due to timings and access to the property, we weren’t able to reschedule so they offered to refund. They later phoned and said they could still do the survey at a later time… well electrician was late and gas engineer missed one of the gas appliances in the house. I asked them for a refund/partial refund on the gas certificate which was declined - they said they could send someone back out but as explained previously and on multiple occasions, this wasn’t possible. Escalated to manager who was extremely rude and defensive - explained the appliance wasn’t ever included (even though it states as much on their website and they had offered to send someone out)? Ignored and blocked phone calls but still happy to keep sending me emails after having unsubscribed. It baffles me that they were happy to lose out on the £1,800 worth of work they had quoted over the sake of a £25 refund! Would never recommend a company with such little integrity - it baffles me how they have so many good reviews but then again, maybe they’ve not had to deal with the manager…

From sending quotes, making bookings, answering my queries to invoicing, Heath Electrical Services have been prompt, polite and professional throughout the process.

Second time using Heath and for the second time, they didn't disappoint. The guys are brilliant. Max explained things very clearly from call out to quotation. Dan and Stan were the ultimate professionals in carrying out the work - knew what they were doing and very open to any suggestion or feedback from us. They were respectful of our home, tidy - and went the extra mile by staying late to get the job done. We're really very grateful for that thank you! Big thumbs up from me.

Spam spam…omg please sort out your digital marketing. You’re driving me mad with the relentless messages (text and email). I never used you or signed up for this. For everyone else - REPORT THESE GUYS TO THE ICO!

Multiple spamming, try to get off their list by clicking on unsubscribe, nothing, no response, spoken to them they say they will speak to the person that runs the lists and nothing happens! Do not let them get your details. Scam artists and won’t comply with GDPR.

I have asked SO many times to be unsubscribed from this company’s spam messages and now they’ve started sending me texts. For clarity, I’ve never used their services. I live 200 miles away from them, and have even called and asked their customer services to remove me from their marketing.
I don’t know how else to get off their lists! If they’re this desperate for customers, they can’t be that good at what they do!

We asked Heath to complete an EICR test on a property we were about to rent out. We were in a hurry as we had tenants waiting. To begin with our booking was rearranged due to staff shortages. When the person arrived to complete the check he admitted that this was not his usual job, he usually worked in the office. The test failed and we were given a quote of £1600 for the work to be put right. We went with it desperate to get the test passed. They were quick to fit us in. We stupidly paid in full upfront - do not do this. Two guys arrived to complete the work. We were told a few of the jobs were not needed and should not have failed the original test. We were advised they would do the work needed (took them less than half a day) and we would be refunded the difference. A month later and after lots of phone calls we have finally received our refund (£328) but I can honestly say I do not believe it is reflective of the work taken off the original quote. I feel we have been taken advantage of because we were desperate. My advice is to get multiple quotes to make sure you are not overpaying or getting work done that is not needed.

Really very pleased with two lots of work completed by Heath Electrical. Firstly the installation of 2 light fittings, additional plug sockets and mounting of 2 TVs on the wall.
Secondly the installation of an EV charger
From the initial consultation and quote through to completion of the works, the making good and the administration and follow up from Natalie, we were impressed with the sheer professionalism of everyone we interacted with at Heath. Thoroughly recommend Heath and will be our ‘go-to’ electrical people going forwards.

Brilliant work again. Their friendly guys came out as scheduled to replace a failed carbon monoxide detector. Nice clean and tidy work and would highly recommend.

Excellent, professional service. Arrived actually a few minutes early rather than late... Started immediately, solved and remedied the problem quickly and efficiently. Couldn't have asked for a better service and result. Highly recommend

I had high hopes after seeing positive reviews. Unfortunately my experience has been rather negative. After taking 2 hours to diagnose a straightforward problem, the company muddled through quoting for repairs and when they were unable to get the parts, quoted us thousands for a bigger job which seems totally out of proportion for the parts/work needed. Just a warning.

I highly recommend HES. I needed some electrical work done in relation to a kitchen and bathroom renovation project. From the first contact, I was impressed by their customer-focussed approach. Natalie, noted my requirements and arranged for an engineer to visit and scope the work. This was done and I received a competitive quote, detailing my requirements accurately.
From start to finish, Natalie kept me in the loop by timely communications.
Watching Darren do the actual work was an education in itself; augmented by his notable ability to convey safety and good-practice related advice and to explain why and how things are done certain ways. A true master of his trade, for every obstacle, Darren had an efficient and safe solution.
This honest and competent company will be my go-to place for all future electrical works.

Really happy with the service and realistic price. The service engineer Derrick was professional and polite and felt confident in his ability to service my gas boiler to the highest standard.

Arrived when expected, kept fully informed of arrival date and time. Have used them twice now had excellent service both times, felt I got good service at a realistic price. Cannot fault them in any way, will not go anywhere else now.

Great service all round. Very impressed with booking system and regular updates. The team are very friendly and go the extra mile. Did a great job of clearing up after themselves too so very happy.

Excellent service from beginning to end, can't recommend this company highly enough. Booked an appointment to have a motion detector light replaced, the new unit was ordered, picked up, and installed neatly within an hour. Very professional job. Thanks to Matthew and Dan who were polite and courteous throughout.
