I ordered a gift for my sister—a plant, a box of chocolates, and a bottle of wine—for her birthday. I placed the order on 12/10/2024, requesting delivery on 12/23/2024.
First, the gift arrived four days late. To make matters worse, the plant, which was the main item, was missing from the package. I immediately contacted their customer service, who asked me to provide photo evidence. I sent the photos as requested, but their response was the usual scripted customer service excuse, claiming the package was damaged in transit. This explanation seemed untrue, as the package showed no signs of tampering.
They offered me a choice between a refund or a resend. I opted for a resend, but they later refused, stating it would cost them too much to send the item again. When I called back to express my frustration, the customer service representative was dismissive and unapologetic. They refused to take responsibility for their mistake, making it clear they had no intention of resolving the issue.
It feels like they never intended to include the plant in the first place. This company is fraudulent and unethical—they take your money without delivering what you ordered. PLEASE AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!
