I would highly recommend the Hearing Care Centre as the support that my Mother received was incredible.
Michael was exceptionally kind, helpful and understanding with my mother whilst completing the intial hearing test, explaining the choice of hearing aids and giving excellent advice and support over the weeks. Michael has been friendly and patient, which has allowed my elderly mother to feel confident enough to make her own decisions about her choice of hearing aids and although she found it difficult to insert the hearing aids initially due to arthritic hands, Michael's support has meant that she can now confidently insert and remove her hearing aids independently. Her hearing is now so much improved that she is able to hold conversations with people again and hears well in group settings, her confidence has really grown.
Thank you very much Michael for changing my mother's life in a very positive way.

I dealt with Michael in Hadleigh. The experience was excellent. Michael is a very effective and efficient communicator and knowledgeable about hearing processes, testing and hearing aid technology. He is polite and each visit felt like an education, so I always came away having learned a lot more about my ears, my hearing and the use of new aids. On return visits I was shown solutions to anything that had cropped up as an issue about using or cleaning the kit. From the first ear wax removal session with Serena to Michael's educational explanations about how to get the best out of my new hearing aids, the memories are of politeness and effective sessions. Very impressive and recommended if you feel your hearing is starting to fail you.

This centre in Norwich is at lovely Keswick Hall. I received a warm welcome in reception and quick and painless treatment from Arianne.
The audiologist Callum was professional and informative. He listened carefully to my concerns and answered all my queries clearly. He fitted me with some very nice hearing aids which have helped me. Free parking, toilet facilities and offered hot drinks. I would reccomend this centre highly.

Fantastic session with Jay. Really professional, knowledgeable and skilled. Not just the nearest assistant using a machine but caring, engaging and pleasant. Definitely 5 stars.

I have used hearing aids for 40 years from a number of different providers but the last 15 years with The Hearing Care Centre has been the best.
As a medical professional myself I understand the value of Continuity of Care and value hugely the ability to see the same audiologist at each visit.
Simon has provided me with what I believe to be the best available hearing aid options in a friendly and helpful (and now Norwich-based) environment.
I rate their service as outstanding.

A really excellent treatment centre. Unlike other treatment centres I have been to over the last two years the treatment was thorough, professional and successful. And equally important it did not hurt. I can now hear perfectly again.

I found everything excellent from the instructions to find the new location, the park facilities, the reception and the treatment given

I went for wax removal July 7th. The first procedure went well but there was some stubborn wax still hanging around. Returned for 2nd attempt on 28th. I couldn’t eat/chew went on holiday so unable to swim.
Still having trouble with all of the above. Waiting for Audiology appointment & more or less deaf in one ear.

I have just completed the handover of my new hearing aid in the Hadleigh branch. I am delighted, should have done it years ago. From the very beginning Michael Shade was a consummate professional and a credit to the service. He was knowledgeable, very thorough and explained everything clearly checking my understanding at each phase. I already have my next review in the diary so am assured of continued follow ups and care. I would thoroughly recommend this practice and Michael in particular.

As a mum to two young children, I had noticed my hearing getting worse but had been too busy to get it checked. When it became more noticeable, I booked an appointment with Michael Shade at The Hearing Care Centre.

Michael carried out thorough hearing tests and explained the results clearly. He diagnosed a significant hearing loss in one ear and discussed the options available to me. I chose to try a hearing aid, which Michael fitted and adjusted to suit my needs.

Since then, he has provided consistent aftercare, checking in and making sure the hearing aid works well for me. I’ve really appreciated his clear communication, professionalism, and attention to detail throughout the process.

Had a appointment today with Jay and Charlie who are the nicest men in this business. Put your mind at ease with the kind words that they say. Would rather pay to have my ears looked after by Jay who can come to near me which is handy when you don't drive. Also for the first time ever had a hearing test with Charlie who went through everything very carefully. Recommended trying some NHS hearing aids, still thinking about that one. Didn't try to force me to have expensive ones which I really appreciated.

Visited a local hearing centre who carried out micro suction to both ears and then sold my wife £4000 hearing aids. Her right ear was still no better so she visited her GP who said she still had earwax and recommended the hearing centre in Kersey Suffolk.
It was found to be a lot of wax pressed against her ear drum it was removed and now she doesn’t need the aids.

Very supportive and caring with helpful advice. I would highly recommend.

So pleased to get an appointment one week earlier than given due to a cancellation, great service,my hearing was getting worse gradually, I did suspect it was ear wax build up. My consultant was brilliant,managed to get my ears cleaned and I finally got my hearing back. Left feeling great, told my husband no need to shout!!! Bless him.

Came to the centre on Woodbridge Road, Ipswich. From the moment I walked through the door I received nothing but a highly professional yet personal service. Came to have my ears unblocked with microsuction irrigation. It was amazing. Such a calm & peaceful environment. Why can’t the NHS be like this?

I enquired about a hearing test,but was advised at 53 to come in to explore ear wax removal as at 53 would be unusual to have hearing loss,Elizabeth on reception was lovely very helpful,I had my ears checked by Callum he was polite and professional,he advised one ear was needing wax removal,I was Seen by Serena a week later she was so nice very pleasant reassuring and checking me throughout the process,it was tricky as hard wax deep in the canal but she worked with different methods to remove it and got the job done was a pleasure to meet her and she was so good at her job!
