I’m already enrolled with Hear 4U on the ex forces scheme for which I’m totally grateful for all the help and support I have received. Recently I started having problems with my left ear and booked myself in for the micro suction procedure, everything was perfectly explained and the treatment was amazing, I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else Hearing 4U are amazing, the staff are very polite , helpful and friendly.

Polite friendly helpful supportive and caring, very professional and very competent, both members of staff were great and hospitable the moment we walked in, putting me and my Mum both at ease, very sociable and understanding, providing an excellent level of service, explaining what they are doing why they are doing, ear wax was successfully removed, and my Mum could hear properly again, Most appreciated.

Warm welcome by Natalie and excellent micro suction service by Donna -procedure was explained and carefully carried out by using photos to explain how my perforated ear was partially healed up and checked often as she proceeded-many thanks

I just want to say a HUGE Thank you to Tony for seeing me today for the removal of impacted wax, from my ears. Extremely professional, very informative about the procedure, ensuring I was comfortable at all times and excellent after care measures too. I felt no pain, or even discomfort, and I had instant results. I would highly recommend. Rest assured you are in safe hands with his lovely gentleman. Thank you to Bethany on reception too for her help in fitting me in.

Second visit (after 2.5 years) Donna explained the procedure and regularly checked that I was comfortable.
Hearing restored and thrumming noise ended. Very happy with outcome.

Appointment made earlier in the week. Greeted and asked to sit down and fill in a medical questionnaire. A few minutes to wait and then both ears cleaned out. All over on about 20 minutes. Good efficient service.

Had my ears syringed here today. The booking process was quick and simple. Natalie on reception was professional, friendly and explained everything to me clearly. Roger the audiologist was really approachable and knowledgeable and gave some good advice.. I highly recommend and would return .

I had my Ears Syringed and I must say the result was truly amazing, you do not realize the difference it makes, my left ear was completely blocked and I had no idea, feels so much better.
