First time buyer. I've recently completed on the purchase of a leasehold flat in London with Healys representing me in this matter.

Throughout this process, my solicitor Kim was never more than an e-mail away. She was very responsive, answered all of my queries within a day or less, and shared documents with me even from the early stages of the process, including the draft report on title, allowing me plenty of time to prepare my questions.

I especially liked the online "Data Room" feature where I could see all my documents, what was being worked on, what was received, and what was pending throughout the process.

The purchase took three months, which given the complexities of a leasehold purchase in the UK, is a timeframe I'm happy with. The fact that they're London based with an actual physical office, as opposed to the many online-only conveyancing firms, was also a strong factor that influenced my decision to choose them.

Overall, got the job done quickly, kept me informed, and were responsive. Would recommend.
