I have always been a sceptic when it comes to shakes as most that I have seen are full of sugar and fillers. But I saw some nutritionist reviews of the healthy man shake which explained that it was different and has no sugars or fillers in. Then I read some of the reviews and although I thought it was too good to be true, I have gained weight over the past 12 months and thought I would buy one tub to see if it was all false hype. I have been pleasantly surprised. I am now on my 5th tub and am 10kg down. I also feel like I have much more energy and I am now a convert!

Meal replacement
Absolutely amazing product (meal replacement shake)
In 2 months I lost a massive 8kgs, and have never felt better. Wanted to start my weight loss, 28 yr old male, due to.mt girlfriend and I wanting to start a family soon, so I started my weight loss to be healthier for when I become a dad.

I’ve been using this smoothie for the past 7 weeks with good results so far. Lost almost 8kg’s without heaps of effort. Taste is a lot better than the couple of previous products I’ve tried. Still a long way to go for me but feeling good!

Easily the tastiest and most filling meal replacement drink I've ever purchased and I'm pretty sure I've bought them all over the years. I've got about 20kgs to lose and I think based on the chocolate flavour product that I bought I'll be able to stick with this one and hopefully it will help me on my weight loss journey.

Really pleased with the results so far. I transitioned from another product - as I’m lactose intolerant I was pleased to discover it works just as well with almond or rice milk. Loving it.

I started using the Healthy Man on the…
I started using the Healthy Man on the 4.1.21 it's now been 6 weeks and I replace breakfast and lunch with the shakes I eat what ever my wife cooks for dinner.
I was 97.8kg when I started and I weighed myself today and I now weigh 88.7kg so I have lost 9.1kg so it is working well for me.
I shall stay on this diet for another 6 weeks and I should of lost all the weight that I intended to.
