I buy mostly online as I don't live near the shop anymore, It is a wonderful place to shop for all the essentials. It has an amazing range of products and the staff are so helpful and knowledgeable. My favourite products are Naturtint Silver shampoo and conditioner andTerranova Life Drink.
Great range of products. Staff are exceptional and so knowledgeable to guide you in product selection. You are in good hands when you walk in the door.

Simply the friendliest staff I've ever dealt with, and so helpful! I called up to check if they had a particular item in stock (which they didn't because there's shortages everywhere) but really kindly offered to give me a sample they had, to tide me over in the meantime. First time I'd ever been in, and they didn't hesitate to help. Certainly won't be the last time I'm in either!
Without health every thing is tastless i try and feel much better i have a have an amazing experience with healthy living i am very happy
Poor delivery service as I had to contact to find out when the order was going to be dispatched/arrive - 4 working days before it was dispatched which is very slow nowadays.
Received a recommendation on one of the products you stock and I bought it. I felt the shipping cost was a bit pricey but the packet Arrived so quickly I got over that quibble.
Easy to find what I wanted on the website (good range) and good information provided on each item to help me choose the right product for my needs. Prices are reasonable and delivery was very prompt. Recommended, and will buy from this shop's online site again.
Always great offers and very fast delivery. Never any problems ordering here.

Excellent shop located right in the heart of Athy. They have a great selection, from vitamins and supplements to healthy snacks. Very knowledgeable and helpful staff also, a pleasure to deal with.
