Both from the time of my initial inquiry, through to the booking I have found Joanne very helpful. Morgan who came to our offices was equally very friendly and helpful in carrying out the assessments.
I made a few mistakes when filling in the pre test questionnaires , so when I performed the tests I got the results within the same day, but because of my mistakes I had to request certain things to be changed, and each time I called they were happy to help me.
We have used healthscreen for a few years now. Great company to deal with. Very efficient communication before their site visits and no issues on the day

Fast and efficient service! Managed to get a next day appointment for a routine health test that patient has been waiting nearly a year for at local GPs!! Friendly and helpful staff on the day, and results shared a couple of days later. Would certainly recommend and use again.

Absolutely shocking service will not be ever using them again they are NOT ACCREDITED WITH SEQOHS although the misleading use of the logo would suggest otherwise.
Further to your reply although I asked and was reassured by your staff that this was Indeed a accredited medical for me to restart my employment on HS2 at no point was it mentioned that you didn't have the accreditation so for me it was a complete waste of time and money

I’m sorry to hear that your experience with Healthscreen UK was not as expected.
When you booked your appointment, the logo we were using was the “working towards SEQOHS accreditation” logo, which we had received directly from SEQOHS. Since then, we have been awarded our full accreditation, and there is now a clear distinction between the two logos.
We sincerely apologise for any confusion or inconvenience caused by the use of the earlier logo.

Thank you for your response, Andy. I appreciate the frustration about the matter, however our staff were trained at the time to always say we were working towards the accreditation. Again, we apologise for any miscommunication caused on our end.
I cancelled my order within 15 minutes I accidently placed it. They refused to cancel. I believe this is a scam

Both Amanda and Amber have been amazing. We had to make lots of changes, and they were really kind and accommodating - nothing was too much trouble. The results from all the health screens were back much quicker than anticipated and when one of our guys missed an appointment, they were re-scheduled very quickly and seen to promptly. We are now planning on using Healthscreen UK for all our OHS needs as I would not go anywhere else.

I have used this company for the last 4 years for my employee health screens and I have to say that this year the company has been amazing. They were very professional and extremely quick to respond to all of my needs. I will definitely be using them in the future and would recommend them to anyone who needs occupational health screening.
I attended for a safety critical medical, the service provided was second to none the knowledgeable staff and fantastic help they provided was 1st class. I would highly recommend them.

We have used Healthscreen for several years and in the past it has been a struggle. Communication had been poor with long waits for results. With a new manager in place we are seeing improvements all the time. The technicians we are getting now are much more professional and knowledgeable with results getting back to us quickly. We are so confident in them now we have booked all our health screening sessions with them already for 2024.

Appalling service from start to finish. Several changes in staff meaning communication was not consistent or followed up on. Repeated chasing whilst our employees were left waiting for results. No acknowledgement or explanation of the issues. If you want a professional seamless service for your employees and business don't use this company
